Monthly Rentals in Chang Phueak

We loved our stay at Pin's and would come back anytime! It was perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated all the care that goes into making the building and flat welcoming, like a shelf for people to share things they no longer need when the leave, or free bananas on "banana day". Super cute 😊 and Pin was very friendly and welcoming, plus her Chiang Mai guide was really helpful. The neighborhood is also great with cute cafés and yummy restaurants. Thank you!

The house was like in the photos. Everything was cleaned before we arrived. You can walk to the center. There is a market nearby where you can buy your basic needs. The only problem is that the kitchenware is old, the pans are very worn. The plates and pots can also be renewed. This way it can be healthy. The kitchen counter is also very worn. The cutting board should be thrown away, it is plastic and worn enough. The house was generally clean but the walls were very dirty. This situation can upset the owner. I respect him very much, I want to ask those who stay there Do you do this in your house? It would be good to paint the walls, this is a suggestion. Other than that I would go again. The people were respectful and smiling. Everything was fine, thank you.

This place is one of the best short stay appartments in Chiang Mai. It has the best pool, gym and 24 hours security service. It’s next to all the food places and right next to one of the best night markets in Chiang Mai. We can’t wait to come back to Nichole’s place. 🫶🫶

Alice’s appartment felt like a home away from home. The staff were warm and friendly. The place was clean and beautiful, with a big pool to cool off in. The place had everything we needed, which made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Alice communicated with kindness and helped to make our stay really enjoyable. We will definitely be back.
