Wat a fabulous home from home. Beautiful, peaceful & comfortable, just wat we needed to chill out & recharge our batteries. Everything you need, no need to go anywhere if you don’t want to. Lovely little touches, very thoughtful. Very clean & tidy. Really comfy bed. Good outdoor furniture & blissful sound of nature. Steve is really helpful & responds quickly to any queries We will definitely be back & highly recommend.

Martin’s place was amazing, it was just what we wanted for a few nights away. The place was incredibly clean, well stocked and homely. It was very peaceful, and we enjoyed being able to sit out in the garden. There was a pub about a 25 minute walk away, and lots of walks around the area too. Martin was helpful with instructions and recommendations. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The four of us were really happy to stay with Peta- even my youngish 20 something guests were taking photos of the setting - it is so v charming with the fish filled river and secluded oasis of a garden. Sleaford was an unexpectedly attractive historic bustling town. Loved it. Peta’s place was immaculate, the kitchen was very generously stocked and I loved the good quality bed linen- always nice. Definitely recommend. Only issue was the somewhat tight car driveway- but that was mainly because my rental car was the size of a tank.

My whole family were delighted with this lovely spacious house with beautiful gardens and trees. There's plenty of off road parking too. Each room is well equipped and there are lots of games available too. The fish and chip restaurant in the village serves great food at reasonable prices. There's a coop for supplies if cooking at the house. Fabrice was easy to contact and kindly flexible with check out time. This really made a huge difference to our weekend. :) all in all , staying at this made for a very special birthday celebration. Would definitely come back again.
