Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

Feeling good in the Eifel

This cozy, quiet apartment has two rooms plus kitchen and bathroom. It is ideal for recreation for 2 -3 people. In the living room and hallway laminate flooring is laid, the other rooms are equipped with PVC floors. Since this apartment should remain suitable for allergy sufferers, bringing house and small animals, as well as smoking inside the apartment, is not allowed. Note: The apartment is located on the first floor and can only be reached via a staircase.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Sleep and stay in a more than 300-year-old cloth maker's house right in the heart of Monschau.
