There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Hiking on the Eifelsteig or on the Rursee, Vogelsang, Rurseeschifffahrt, renting an e-bike, visiting museums and historic cities such as Monschau. After a short walk to get fresh rolls by the lake and eggs from the neighbor with free-range hens, we always have fresh coffee and considerations for the next exploration tour. In the evening, good restaurants within walking distance offer a great end to the day.

A fantastic stay with a perfect view! We had a wonderful time in this apartment on the Rursee. The location is simply unbeatable – high on the mountain, many stairs, but the view of the lake is breathtaking and invites you to enjoy it at any time of the day. Whether at breakfast on the balcony or in the evening – the view was a highlight every time. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well furnished and equipped with everything you need. Small details, such as wooden spoons or lids for the pan were not there in the small kitchen, but we felt completely comfortable from the first moment. The host was very friendly, easy to reach and did everything to make our stay perfect. We highly recommend this apartment, unless you want to cook for two in the kitchen.

We spent 10 very nice days in the Eifel. The property is located on the edge of the village with unobstructed views of the Eifel. Thanks to the great weather, we were able to use the beautiful terrace and explore the countless hiking trails in all directions with our dog. Questions were answered within a very short time, we would come back any time! If you want a quiet, natural vacation, we highly recommend this AirBnB and the hosts!

We felt very comfortable in our accommodation and it was all as described. The house is the last house in a cul-de-sac and therefore it is very quiet here and is great for relaxing. Sometimes you'll even see deer crossing the road.😊 We had a nice time and are happy to recommend the place. Communication with Johann was great and we got a lot of information that helped us.

We stayed here to travel to and from Rock Am Ring and after the hustle and bustle of the festival it was a great place to come back to. The surrounding area is beautiful and the roads are great. All in all a great place to stay.

Our one night stay at Sabines place was incredible - the last night of a 10 day babymoon across Europe with our dog :) The place is absolutely stunning, we both gasped as we drove in the drive! The grounds are immaculately kept and the apartment itself was spotless with so many beautiful features. The whole place feels so spacious but still homely and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and pinball machine. We cooked dinner in the kitchen which had all the utensils etc and had a fantastic peaceful nights sleep. We will definitely be back and recommending Sabine’s place to all our friends and family :)

Very cozy accommodation with beautiful views and a quiet atmosphere. You can sit in the garden and there are many beautiful walks to take in the village or nearby at 10-30 minutes drive. Hilde is very friendly and the accommodation is fully equipped and very clean. We had a lovely relaxing holiday.
