Spacious apartment in a fantastic location in Simmerath-Dedenborn, located directly on the Rur. Our house is the ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From the private balcony you have a magnificent view of the Rur. Distance to the supermarket: 8 km From January 1, 2025, you will have to pay us an overnight accommodation fee (5% of the booking price) in cash. This amount must be passed on 1:1 to the municipalities!

Feeling good in the Eifel

This cozy, quiet apartment has two rooms plus kitchen and bathroom. It is ideal for recreation for 2 -3 people. In the living room and hallway laminate flooring is laid, the other rooms are equipped with PVC floors. Since this apartment should remain suitable for allergy sufferers, bringing house and small animals, as well as smoking inside the apartment, is not allowed. Note: The apartment is located on the first floor and can only be reached via a staircase.

The INKA vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of a detached house. We live in the house ourselves and love to host. You enter the house through a common main entrance. From there, the open, bright staircase leads directly up to your vacation rental. Don't worry about your privacy: The entire floor is reserved for you! Historic cloth maker's house in the heart of Monschau

Sleep and stay in a more than 300-year-old cloth maker's house right in the heart of Monschau.
