Fully enclosed, private pool, poolhouse, 160m² and 1500m² of wooded garden, with direct access to Via Ardèche. Ideal for families or couples of friends, authenticity, calm and rest are the key words of the Mas du Rocher. Pets allowed on request - 20 kg, clean, well-behaved, to be paid on site. On the ground floor you will find my watercolor workshop (Couleur Mande) which has independent access. On the second floor, the sleeping area and its bathroom. The balcony is not overlooked.
