65 m² cottage in a green setting, air-conditioned from early July to late August, ideal for four people located 5 minutes from downtown, shops and services necessary for your stay. The view of the Lozère and the Tanargue provides a moment of guaranteed relaxation. Access to hiking trails is at the exit of the property and access to the greenway is 5 minutes away. Various activities on site and nearby (markets, caves, kayaking)... security deposit required, with rental agreement.

On the ground floor you will find my watercolor workshop (Couleur Mande) which has independent access. On the second floor, the sleeping area and its bathroom. The balcony is not overlooked.

Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, labeled "most beautiful villages in France". Ideal for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my developments. My place is close to the Ardèche River. You'll love it for the views, decor, and cobblestone streets. In summer, I prefer week-long stays from Saturday to Saturday.

We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.

On the heights of Labeaume, you will be the only master on board this family home with stunning views. Swimming pool, shaded terraces or full sun, river at your feet, you will just have to choose. Relaxation, walks on foot or by bike, the place is beautiful in any season. It's up to you... The house welcomes you with all the comforts, your bikes and motorcycles will also be sheltered. The house is pet-friendly.

Sur un terrain de 500m2 avec transat, parasol, et barbecue (charbon non fourni).
