Welcome to Labeaume! Our riverside cottage offers you calm and nature. It includes a comfortable bedroom and can accommodate up to 5 people. Linens and towels are provided. And it has a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso), washing machine, barbecue and a beautiful view. Direct access to the river makes it an ideal place for paddleboarding, canoeing or swimming. A peaceful setting in the heart of nature, close to shops and entertainment in the village.

The "Petite maison" is a cottage ideally located, quiet, in the hamlet of Saint-Martin. You will have a fully equipped cottage with 1 main room (with equipped kitchen: oven, stove, dishwasher) overlooking a private garden, a mezzanine bedroom as well as a bathroom. The center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc is a 5-minute drive away or 20 minutes walk away. Ideal for a quiet stay, the "Petite Maison" combines the charm of old Ardèche stones and modern comfort.

We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

Stone house in a hamlet

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.

Ideal for two people (and a child who can sleep in an extra bed), this charming 65 m2 cottage will welcome you for a quiet holiday in the heights of a small village in the south of Ardèche. Direct departure for hikes as we are the last house before the woods. River 15 minutes' walk, grocery store 5 minutes' walk, Cirque de Gens (large climbing site) 20 minutes' walk, Chauvet 2 Cave and Vallon Pont d'Arc 20 minutes' drive.

Il est entièrement rénové, et tout équipé (parking, garage pour les motos, chauffage, machine à laver, wifi, écran plat, machine pour expresso, ...). Sur un terrain de 500m2 avec transat, parasol, et barbecue (charbon non fourni).

Covered terrace, gas plancha, enclosed courtyard, carport. For the summer period JULY/AUGUST, bookings are for 7 nights minimum, from Saturday to Saturday.
