Quiet 2-room apartment (60 sqm) with Saale view It is an apartment on the garden level with a private terrace overlooking the Saale. The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

The studio is a very special place: a large apartment with a bed, 2 additional separate bedrooms, balcony, giant sofa and above all a long table where everyone can find a seat. Das Apartment bietet die beste Ausgangslage um Leipzig zu erkunden, da das Zentrum Leipzig’s mit nur 1,5 km fußläufig erreichbar ist.
