Open a front door and follow wide-plank timber floors the full length of the house. Towards the back, an updated kitchen leads onto a private garden and woodlands beyond. Period details create a homely feel, including a claw-foot bathtub upstairs. Please use my home as you would your own .. Entire property I'm generally available and happy to be contacted if any help/advice ( where to visit/ places to eat etc) is needed during your stay . Don’t hesitate to call . Equally happy if you just want to stay and be left alone . The house is situated close to the centre of Cardiff, in a quiet cul-de-sac with great free on-street parking. Shops are just a short walk away. Also walk to Cardiff city centre and Cardiff Bay, or take a quick cab ride. Easy access into the town centre .. a twenty minute walk or £5-£7 for a cab There's also a bus stop two minutes from the house which run every ten minutes and takes ten to fifteen mins ..

Once part of the farm belonging to the Marquess of Bute. Close to the city centre, Cardiff Uni, Bute Park and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. If you like the unusual you should love this cottage because of the location and quirky old fashioned charm of the place. It suits families, visiting academics and small groups. Good WIFI. This private cottage is in the heart of Clevedon with easy access to the Clevedon beach front from great coastal walks and to visit our Grade 1* pier. There are also some lovely local restaurants to choose from if you do not want to cook. Great for couples, business travellers and families (with kids who like sofa beds). There is a nice TV, WiFi and we are about to install a wood burner to compliment the air conditioning system for the cottage venting in the bedroom and living space.
