Monthly Rentals in Rudine, Grad Kaštela

We loved our stay at Marija's place! We have stayed at over 75 Airbnb's and this was one of our favorite's! It had everything we needed for our month long stay: extra towels, cleaning supplies, and a really well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots pans, and utensils. Along with other small things to make you feel at home. Very comfortable and only a short walk to the beach. We will definitely return!

We were a group of 6 and stayed for 2 nights. Very clean and comfortable. 10/10. The only recommendation is that the check-in instruction could have been more clear as we didn't know if there is a passcode or the host will hand us the key. Some other notes for more clarity which were not included in the listing at the time of our booking: This unit is on the 2nd floor and the host lives on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor, this unit shares a foyer with another single room which is rented separately. lastly, the listing is clear on the distance of the unit to Split old town, just to give others an idea the uber van would cost you~€56.

We loved the place, felt right at home. We would stay again, for sure! we did a long stay, over 30 days.

Tina is an amazing Airbnb host! The airport transfer was incredible as it didn’t matter when we got to Split, she would be there! We were taken straight to the idyllic house which was clean, tidy, modern, stylish and private. The space has been designed so well as you feel like you have so much space to enjoy and relax. A 10 minute walk to the supermarket and 5 minute to local restaurant was great, although Uber and Wolt deliveries are straight to your door! We walked 45 minutes to the larger bus stop to Split itself, this was around an hour bus journey. We highly recommend this beautiful house for your summer/ autumn sun holiday. We are a couple and enjoyed the quiet, the pool!! And how responsive and kind Tina was. It was a great escape out of the city. Thank you Tina!! ❤️
