Private villa with a heated pool and views of the Bay of Kastel and the archipelago of Split, which is located in Rudine (Kastela). The villa and the gardens are completely closed and private so you can enjoy complete privacy. Far from the crowd, but close. The large heated pool with massage is created for enjoyment. There is a railway line about 150 metres away and the bus stop which is 600 metres away. Split and Trogir is about 20 minutes away by car. The nearby beach is 5 minutes by car.

Dok ste u stanu imate sve na dlanu. Da biste se uvjerili morate nam doći i doživjeti jer fotografije ne mogu dočarati koliko je apartman sjajan. Imate dvije sobe sa terasama i klima uređajem, dva toaleta, prostranu kuhinju sa dnevnim boravkom i veliki predulaz.

There is a large terrace where you can enjoy meals or evening gatherings. During your stay, you can use the pool or a special facility with a barbecue and seating area. The pool is not heated and it is shared with other guests.

Just a 15 minute walk to the local grocery store and a 10 minute walk to the train station nearby.
