Discover the old house in the woods just north of Dyrehaven, where nothing is fussy, but where you can relax in a cottage-like environment and where you are surrounded by nature and tranquility. There is a large trampoline in the garden and a wood-burning stove in the living room for the cold days. Here you live within walking distance to the beach (1.5 km) and train to both Copenhagen and Helsingør (1.5 km). On the property, there are horses, chickens and cats that like to be petted, but some people come and feed them.

There is also the possibility of golf at the local Søllerød Golf Club, which is 500 meters from the home. Shopping and good restaurants are nearby. Two cats, Helmer and Elvis, live in the house.

The house is situated by a large swimming lake with paddle board, canoe, fishing and more. The lovely barbecue area is just next to the lake and you can sail to the woods.
