House by private swimming Lake

The house is situated by a large swimming lake with paddle board, canoe, fishing and more. The lovely barbecue area is just next to the lake and you can sail to the woods. We love it here and we are sure you will too. The house interior is in nordic style and fits 8 people comfortably. Lovely garden with trampoline and fun for all ages. Cosy two-storey appartment (90 sqm) in high-end area close to DTU. All is small: entrance, kitchen with dining area, livingroom: open for sun-bathing. Common balcony outside of kitchen. Safe environment. Beautiful forrests surround Søllerød. Basic shopping within the area. Close to public transportation. Can be shared by a family or by 3-4 people (sharing a Queen size bed😊) Please notice! My cat stays in the appartment. He has his own entrance, but must be fed every day😊
