Lovely place to stay handy for everything you could walk into Stratford 30mins but easy and cheap to use Uber, if you wanted a drink or short drive.

Great place to stay for both work and pleasure. Parking right outside the front door. Walking distance of shops and restaurants. Turn left out of the property and you’re on the river. Turn right out the property, cross the road and you’re at the abbey. Perfect.

Great location walkable from train station and city centre booked last minute host was very responsive, and friendly Cleaning fee a little high considering the size of the property almost the same as nightly fee £75

Mohammed’s place was really warm and cozy and had everything I needed. Mohammed was very helpful and pleasant and on hand in case there were any problems which there wasn’t. I would highly recommend you won’t be disappointed 👍

Jay is an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and highly accommodating. He demonstrated great flexibility by allowing me an early check-in at no additional cost. The stay was incredibly comfortable, and I never felt rushed to check out. I highly recommend Jay; he is truly outstanding, and his home is both stunning and impeccably clean.

Lovely apartment, great parking and great communication

A lovely, peaceful stay with outdoor space too. Very comfortable and quite a spacious feeling. A short drive to Coventry where we found an excellent south Indian restaurant. Also easy to drive into Meriden and go to the shop and visit the playground there which was lovely.

This was my second stay with Andy. Andy is really lovely, friendly and helpful. I felt at peace staying here and very welcome. The lodge had everything I needed and Andy is really responsive. Really good location aswell

Katie is a wonderful host! She is very responsive in messages and has lots of great recommendations, the local area guide she has is really helpful. the annex is absolutely beautiful, in stunning surroundings. Very straightforward check in and check out. The sign and mini eggs were a beautiful touch, thank you for a lovely stay!

High standard beautiful place. Lovely garden area to chill out in. Perfect place to stay. Great location just a 5 min walk to all the pubs and restaurants. Lovely modern high standard finish to all areas inside the property made a very comfortable stay, would definitely return. Really enjoyed our stay. No breakfast items but there’s plenty of tea coffee, milk for a cuppa, and a fab cafe opposite The Fox Pub for a full English if required, or take your own no problem. One of the nicest air b n b we’ve stayed at, just perfect thankyou so much Sam, it was just lovely.

The accommodation was stunning, in a beautiful, rural area that was still close to everything you would need (pubs, restaurants, shops, attractions etc.) Would recommend to anybody and would definitely stay again😊

One of our favourite stays! Julie’s place is absolutely gorgeous - so cosy and beautifully decorated. Julie was so sweet, really helpful and went above and beyond for us. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and is in a great location to explore the area. Really peaceful and relaxing stay, just what we needed before attending a wedding! A lovely, clean and spacious place. Felt right at home. The kitchen was gorgeous and I loved all the windows letting the natural light in. The apartment is exactly as described and very easy to find with thorough instructions.

This was a fantastic place just what I needed to base myself in birmingham , for a few days to start a new job. I have no hesitation, recommending it to anybody. It was easy to find. It's easy to get in and easy to be comfortable in.
