Offa Hideaway is very comfortable, & close to everything Leamington has to offer. Enjoy surprising peace just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Your room has an ensuite, double bed with Vispring mattress, table, TV, wifi, kitchenette (microwave, hot plates, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, fridge) and storage. Tea, coffee & basic breakfast (bread, butter, jam, muesli), linen & towels are provided. If you would like a fuller supply of breakfast items at a small extra charge, please ask.

The Coach House is a beautiful, well decorated, self-contained apartment with incredible country-side views towards Edge Hill, Brailes three peaks and stunning Walton Hall. High ceilings, modern interiors and a beautiful location. It is within easy reach of the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cheltenham, and Silverstone (30m). Nesting Red Kites regularly fly overhead. Very well appointed it makes a perfect spot for a romantic break. You are guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome.

Our beautiful Shepherds Hut was built with loving care during Lockdown and now provides the perfect warm cosy get-away from the stresses of life. The hut is situated in it's own fruit and vegetable garden within an AONB with views to die for. We provide tea coffee milk cereals juice yogurts and home made bread for breakfast and a few beers. Mickleton village is a 5 minutes walk, has 2 great pubs a butchers and village store as well as the famous Pudding Club. Small dog welcome £15 / stay

Fantastic light and bright apartment on two floors. Lounge with sofa and table/chair set ,TV and radiator. Kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge and all necessary cooking utensils , cutlery and crockery. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. there is a beautiful en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower,toilet and wash-basin.
