Miguel went above and beyond in supporting our stay especially when we locked ourselves out. The flat was beautifully presented, airy and comfortably warm. Location was very good for the places we wanted to visit in Southampton.

We stayed in this lovely lodge for three months during the summer of 2024, and it was a truly wonderful experience. During this time, my family felt completely at home. Lina and her husband Mark made us feel like part of their family, and we formed lasting friendships. We enjoyed many evenings by the fire pit, and our 18-month-old daughter loved exploring the garden. Whenever we needed anything, Lina and Mark were quick to respond and solve any issues. The lodge itself was perfect for us. It was private enough to feel peaceful, yet close to the main house and other lodges, making it easy to socialize. We especially loved having our own grill, where we hosted many barbecue days. Additionally, the location was excellent—close to main roads and large grocery stores, which made everything convenient. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and welcoming stay!

Beautiful house and garden! 6 of us stayed it and was so comfortable and spacious. A special lovely touch is the summer house with added toys that our 5 year old loved. Fran is super helpful and it was all very smooth. Ideal for day trips into the new forest and Winchester. We will hopefully be back!

We had the pleasure of a month's stay at The Lofthouse on Packridge Farm whilst house hunting for our next property. Its perfectly placed to quickly access everything along the South Coast from Portsmouth across to Bournemouth, including Southampton, the IOW, the New Forest, and the abundance of local attractions to suit all ages. The property is very comfortable, quiet, peaceful. The farmhouse is surrounded by paddocks and meadows, has ample space for parking and is literally less than a minutes drive off the road out of North Baddesley towards Southampton. Jess and Chris made us very welcome and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. A great place to stay for couples and families looking to relax and enjoy the area.
