Great place for a larger group! Great location for skiing and going to downtown Steamboat.

Jay and Shelley’s place was a perfect fit for my wife and me. Our daughter and Diana’s brother stayed with us and we all had plenty of room. The ease of moving our gear from our snowmobiling trailer and truck into the cabin was very easy. No stairs, elevators and only a few steps to front door. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had room to park our snowmobile trailer in his main yard by the corrals. We will definitely be looking at staying here again. 😊

We were having a retreat for our boutique COA firm. 4 of our team members stayed there, and the “great room” open concept was perfect for our business sessions. The deck and backyard was great for breaks, lunch and the cocktail hour. This is a quiet, intimate neighborhood and exceeded our expectations.

The Spruce Nest is a gem! From the moment we opened the door to a cozy fire to then locking it up until the next time, we cannot say enough about the place, the amenities, the beds, the beer on tap and frosted mugs in the freezer in concert with Tom's attention to every detail from reservation to the date of this review. I apparently left a book and Tom contacted me and is mailing it back to me. Talk about a fantastic host! We yet to stay in a place where our dogs were as welcomed and their needs so attentively considered. The location is amazing and there is a dog park near by that is not to be missed. There is another residence attached that we had the fortune of viewing and it looks just as incredible. We can't wait to come back! Enjoy this little Steamboat nugget!

Great place for my family of 6 + dog. Charlie & Cassie’s place is close to skiing, hot springs, hiking and plenty more. It’s clean, very roomy and has whatever you would need. They are very responsive and even let us check in early. Would for sure stay again!

We really enjoyed this home….it looked even better than the photos! Loved watching the snowfalls from the big windows. There was plenty of natural light, lots of space, and comfortable beds. Loved that it was just a short walk into town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Kaela was very helpful with recommendations and made sure to let us know she was available and responsive if we needed anything (which we didn’t, everything about our stay went smoothly.) We hope to return again some day!

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The condo was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to feel comfortable and relaxed from the start. Everything was neat, thoughtfully set up, and exactly as described in the listing. One of the standout features was the view! The mountains were absolutely beautiful, especially in the early mornings and evening. It really added something special to the experience 🏔️ Dana, the host was also great to communicate with. She was friendly, quick to respond, and easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was a peaceful and comfortable place to stay, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean space with stunning views and a helpful host. This Airbnb stay in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, was exactly what I needed—and then some. From the moment I arrived, I could tell this place was something special. The views were absolutely stunning, the kind that make you pause and take a deep breath. Perched above the valley with mountains stretching out in every direction, the home offers a front-row seat to some of Colorado’s best scenery. What really stood out was the sense of peace here. It’s quiet in the best way—no traffic noise, no hustle, just the sound of the breeze and the occasional chirp of a bird. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or winding down after a long day of skiing or hiking, the calm is something you can actually feel. Everything was amazing. I’d definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at this Colorado Airbnb! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully nestled in a scenic area. Waking up to mountain views and crisp, fresh air was a dream. The host was friendly, communicative, and offered great local recommendations. There was a Taphouse and food truck next door which was so fun. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to extra blankets. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a base for outdoor adventures, this place is perfect. We will absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying a month at Steve's place. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet very walkable. Steve's place is very well equipped and perfect for two people. We will happily come back.

The place was just like the photos on the listing. Comfortable for our family of 4 for our long weekend ski vacation. Plenty of room and it was nice to have access to the ski locker for our skis. Kitchen was well stocked to cook breakfast each morning before a full day of skiing. Easy ski out. A little bit of a hike back up a hill at the end of the day to the unit if you choose to ski back. There is shuttle to and from the base but it doesn’t run after 5:30 we figured out. Plenty of parking if you rent a car. We were happy to have a car to head into town each night It was a treat to be slope side.

We loved it. Easy on and off the slopes, easy check in, quiet condo.

We loved this comfortable place right in the heart of downtown Steamboat. The instructions for check in/out were clear, and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect place for ski weekend with my two sons. I would definitely recommend -- it's clean and cozy with full kitchen, fireplace, hot tub just outside unit, and great access to the mountain. About 3 min walk (all downhill) to get on the slopes, and then perfect ski-in right to the back door of the condo. On-site private ski locker kept our gear safe and the unit clean/dry when not skiing. Ryan was super communicative and helpful. Overall a really great experience. We'll likely be back next year.

Jason’s place was perfect for our lil’ weekend getaway! It was clean & close to the slopes/town! It was the perfect place to come home to after a long day of boarding. Jason was very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely rent from him again when we come back!

Scott’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway to Steamboat! It’s easy to access, has incredible views, and the location is perfect: steps from the slopes and a short walk to the lively base area. Parking was easy, the studio was cozy and clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, the hot tub was fantastic, I could go on! We loved our stay and are eager to return.

Our first time staying here, but not our first time with Brie hosting us. She is amazing! This condo is very well equipped for a delightful stay. Comfy bed. Beautiful mountain view, especially from the LR and balcony. Many small appliances in the kitchen... and SO many options for making coffee!!! SO many! Nice cookware. Cooking and baking staples (spices, oil ...), foil, baggies, kitchen gadgets, etc.. Huge W/D was very helpful. Loved the balcony (but no grill as seen in photos). Easy parking and short walk in. With the free bus stop at the end of the parking lot we rarely used our car except to store our skis! We moved in from another rental when we decided to stay a bit longer and that one wasn't available. Brie was very kind to allow us to move our things in a few hours early since it had already been cleaned. We loved our stay and will be back!

Kelly and Clydes place was wonderful to stay at! It was not only super cozy but the decor was very tasteful and homey. They provided great restaurant recommendations that we absolutely loved! We will be coming back! P.S. Go to Besame one of their recs
