Most responsive host I’ve ever worked with. Very clear on instructions and helping during stay! Very close to base of ski hill!

Their place was perfect! This condo was peaceful, quiet but also close to and easy access to town and all that have to offer. The free shuttle is close and fabulous if not down for that Uber is on point. This was a beautiful stay and amazing host along with fantastic views and peaceful surroundings. Perfect place for ski weekend with my two sons. I would definitely recommend -- it's clean and cozy with full kitchen, fireplace, hot tub just outside unit, and great access to the mountain. About 3 min walk (all downhill) to get on the slopes, and then perfect ski-in right to the back door of the condo. On-site private ski locker kept our gear safe and the unit clean/dry when not skiing. Ryan was super communicative and helpful. Overall a really great experience. We'll likely be back next year.

A great location just a quick walk to the gondola. The place was clean and very comfortable and a great layout for our family of 4. We stayed in the summer and would definitely stay again to ski.

A lovely stay! Nice and clean! Highlights were the unit was less than a mile straight shot to the base area, private garage, private deck, comfy beds. There is no AC, but that was clearly communicated in the listing and fans were provided. Just keep in mind if you’re heat-sensitive and booking in the summer. Would recommend!!

Great stay for my partner and I. Took a minute to figure out the apt was first floor (no need to go up the stairs to top floor). Cozy, clean spot and a super comfortable and quality bed. Walkable to everything downtown!

Great ski in/out location! The condo had a ski storage on first floor which is huge for us!! Tami is awesome host and we will definitely come back!

We had a great stay! The place was perfect for us. We made use of the hot tub and enjoyed quiet mornings on the deck. The location is very convenient, the kitchen well-stocked and everything was CLEAN!

My family and I had a great stay here. Salil was extremely communicative, kind, and helpful! The kitchen was fully stocked with real cook ware and seasonings, the condo was bigger than expected, and the location close to the gondola was great for skiing. Salil also provided a very helpful guide with all the information needed on the airbnb as well as recommendations for activities, restaurants, bars, etc. Would definitely return here!

Huge high quality condo in downtown steamboat right on the river. Perfect place to stay for the spring/summer

More than anything the location and Martin’s quick response and follow up was top notch. Not a problem for us - but good to note - unit is on a quiet 3rd floor, but no elevator.

Great place for our stay in Steamboat Springs. Loved that poo-bags and can were provided in the grassy area for times I forgot mine inside. Kitchen was well stocked - at least for our needs. We mainly did breakfast here but ate out other meals. Too many great places to skip out on. Location is an apartment but other residents were friendly and we have no noise complaints seeing as others were nearby. Bed was super cozy. Location was easy access to much of the town. We would happily stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jacque and Court’s place and they were terrific hosts. Super responsive to any questions we had. The condo had a ton of space and was really well equipped with all the essentials throughout. It’s a great location, surrounded by walk paths, trees and beautiful scenery. Also a close drive to shopping and plenty of restaurants. We would stay here again anytime. Thanks!

Great location and close to the best food

Awesome place! Quiet, spacious, very comfortable 2BR condo in close proximity to the resort. Beautiful interior loved the open floor plan — open kitchen, bar plus separate dining space, and plush living area w/fireplace. Even had views of the gondola! Loved it. Kevin’s place has a great vibe and as a host he is responsive, helpful, and super nice. Would definitely stay her again although I was hoping for breakfast included as advertised stuff like milk/cream for coffee, fruit, bread, oatmeal or granola, yogurt, eggs etc. but appreciated the various cold beverages!

Loved this place. The free bus stop was less than a 5 min walk, making access to the mountain very easy. Would definitely book again!

We had such a wonderful time at Charlie's! The location is perfect, we enjoyed biking around the mountain and easy biking into town along the Yampa River trail. The place was well stocked, with plenty of towels, kitchen supplies. We really appreciated the children's toys and childrens utensils, plates, etc. I was especially impressed by all the labeling that made it easy to find everything and put things back in the right places! The bedding was all very comfortable, clean and beautiful. The condo grounds were great, with the multiple hot tubs in case one was occupied and pool. We would love to come back, thank you so much!

This was our second time staying at Ross's place. Same as last time, Ross was very responsive, flexible and a pleasure to deal with. We cooked there most nights, so it's nice to see some new cookware and other kitchen items. There's just about anything you'd need now. Just bring your own staples, spices, oil, etc. because not much is provided beyond salt, pepper and coffee. The location is ideal. It's a doable walk to the gondola (not recommended in ski boots) and the green and orange bus lines stop right in front of the complex so you can get anywhere easily. The excellent hot tub is just a few steps outside the unit. All in all, another great stay with Ross!

We had a wonderful stay! It’s perfect for 4 couples. There are 4 private bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom attached, plus an extra half bath available. It was very spacious, the photos don’t truly do the space justice. Additionally, the ski shuttle picks you up right at the parking lot and the on call shuttle for the complex was a huge bonus to go into down town. I will be trying to stay here again for our next ski trip!

Brenda’s condo enabled an unforgettable weekend for me and 2 of my closest friends! The cozy space offered everything we needed for a convenient and productive trip. The covered parking was ideal and made storing/accessing our ski’s easy, and you can’t beat the 5 min walk to the main gondola from there. We will definitely look to stay here again when we plan our next Steamboat trick!

Great place to stay. 2B2B for enough space. Very close to the mountain and highly recommended for all skiers.

We LOVED staying at this condo with Sandra as our host and will be back! It had everything you could wish for as a guest (including numerous fans/blankets, coffee k-cups, beach towels, shopping bags and even a Bluetooth speaker!). She was quick to resolve an uninstalled missing window shade upon arrival so all rooms were able to be darkened and had privacy. The only downside (which was completely out of the host’s control) was that the hot tub was broken so our daily plans had to be shifted. Sandra was very responsive and tried her best to email the HOA to get this resolved, but there were too many parts needed to get it up and running safely during our stay. BUT she offered and paid for our entire family to have a day at the Old Town Hot Springs in town which isn’t cheap but was wonderful and gave the kids a swimming day! Ultimately, things happen and having a responsive, caring host is of upmost importance. Thank you Sandra. We will be back!
