Our stay was perfect, we wouldn't change one thing. The house is beautiful and easily accommodated the four families that were part of our vacation. The kitchen has everything you need to cook dinners, which we did every night. We enjoyed the deck, the views, the hot tub, and all this house has to offer. Another key highlight is the responsiveness of the host, they were amazing!

Beautiful home in a beautiful area, the house was super cozy and very clean. Me and my friends stayed here for skiing and it was a really convenient distance from the parking lot to the lifts! Would absolutely recommend!

Jay and Shelley’s place was a perfect fit for my wife and me. Our daughter and Diana’s brother stayed with us and we all had plenty of room. The ease of moving our gear from our snowmobiling trailer and truck into the cabin was very easy. No stairs, elevators and only a few steps to front door. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had room to park our snowmobile trailer in his main yard by the corrals. We will definitely be looking at staying here again. 😊

We were having a retreat for our boutique COA firm. 4 of our team members stayed there, and the “great room” open concept was perfect for our business sessions. The deck and backyard was great for breaks, lunch and the cocktail hour. This is a quiet, intimate neighborhood and exceeded our expectations.

The Spruce Nest is a gem! From the moment we opened the door to a cozy fire to then locking it up until the next time, we cannot say enough about the place, the amenities, the beds, the beer on tap and frosted mugs in the freezer in concert with Tom's attention to every detail from reservation to the date of this review. I apparently left a book and Tom contacted me and is mailing it back to me. Talk about a fantastic host! We yet to stay in a place where our dogs were as welcomed and their needs so attentively considered. The location is amazing and there is a dog park near by that is not to be missed. There is another residence attached that we had the fortune of viewing and it looks just as incredible. We can't wait to come back! Enjoy this little Steamboat nugget!

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The condo was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to feel comfortable and relaxed from the start. Everything was neat, thoughtfully set up, and exactly as described in the listing. One of the standout features was the view! The mountains were absolutely beautiful, especially in the early mornings and evening. It really added something special to the experience 🏔️ Dana, the host was also great to communicate with. She was friendly, quick to respond, and easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was a peaceful and comfortable place to stay, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean space with stunning views and a helpful host. We go to Steamboat every year and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. The entire place is perfectly curated to meet all your vacation needs, the location is great and easy to access, and the views are unmatched. Jolene is the most responsive host we have ever had on Airbnb and although I want this place to stay a secret so we can always stay there, this is a true home away from home.

We really enjoyed staying a month at Steve's place. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet very walkable. Steve's place is very well equipped and perfect for two people. We will happily come back.

The place was just like the photos on the listing. Comfortable for our family of 4 for our long weekend ski vacation. Plenty of room and it was nice to have access to the ski locker for our skis. Kitchen was well stocked to cook breakfast each morning before a full day of skiing. Easy ski out. A little bit of a hike back up a hill at the end of the day to the unit if you choose to ski back. There is shuttle to and from the base but it doesn’t run after 5:30 we figured out. Plenty of parking if you rent a car. We were happy to have a car to head into town each night It was a treat to be slope side.

We had a wonderful stay. The owners are very generous in their provisions, including herbs and spices and everything you could need for cooking. A comfortable living room and lovely space for outdoor dining. Very comfortable bed (we only used one of the bedrooms), and wonderful place to sit outside and have coffee in the morning. Such a peaceful neighborhood with a lovely view.

We had such a wonderful time at Charlie's! The location is perfect, we enjoyed biking around the mountain and easy biking into town along the Yampa River trail. The place was well stocked, with plenty of towels, kitchen supplies. We really appreciated the children's toys and childrens utensils, plates, etc. I was especially impressed by all the labeling that made it easy to find everything and put things back in the right places! The bedding was all very comfortable, clean and beautiful. The condo grounds were great, with the multiple hot tubs in case one was occupied and pool. We would love to come back, thank you so much!

This was our second time staying at Ross's place. Same as last time, Ross was very responsive, flexible and a pleasure to deal with. We cooked there most nights, so it's nice to see some new cookware and other kitchen items. There's just about anything you'd need now. Just bring your own staples, spices, oil, etc. because not much is provided beyond salt, pepper and coffee. The location is ideal. It's a doable walk to the gondola (not recommended in ski boots) and the green and orange bus lines stop right in front of the complex so you can get anywhere easily. The excellent hot tub is just a few steps outside the unit. All in all, another great stay with Ross!

A great location just a quick walk to the gondola. The place was clean and very comfortable and a great layout for our family of 4. We stayed in the summer and would definitely stay again to ski.

We had a great stay at Joseph’s house! The home was excellent—spacious, comfortable, and in a peaceful area. The location was perfect, close to both Downtown and the mountains. Joseph was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Brenda’s condo enabled an unforgettable weekend for me and 2 of my closest friends! The cozy space offered everything we needed for a convenient and productive trip. The covered parking was ideal and made storing/accessing our ski’s easy, and you can’t beat the 5 min walk to the main gondola from there. We will definitely look to stay here again when we plan our next Steamboat trick!

We had a wonderful time in Steamboat. We came to ski and we had a short walk to the slopes. You could also take the town bus which picked you up right around the corner. We took a shuttle from the airport and either walked to restaurants right near the condo or took the shuttle to downtown. All very convenient. Rob’s place had all we needed for our stay including games the kids enjoyed! Rob was easy to talk to and very responsive. Would stay here again! Kathy . Would stay here again. Kathy

Tara’s spot was perfect for our family of 4! Our kids loved the bunk room, and the provided toys were an unexpected bonus. We had a great time and would love to come back!
