Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. Easy as Ski-in-Out/Grt Reviews/No car needed

You only need to walk 30 seconds to the free bus and it is one stop to the gondola base. It is four stops to downtown, a two minute walk from grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, etc. Mountain views. It is a comfortable, stocked home, children are welcome, one dog. Location is a bonus, combined with the comfort of the living space, plus a sizable sunny deck. This is an easy way to have ample parking, leave the car, access all of town, ski, visit hot springs and the views surpass!

Very clean very nice overall, check in and check out was easy and the location near steamboat was great. Only issue we had was one of the pullout couches was a but dirty, but there were spare sheets which we were able to swap out. Kitchen wasnice with all the equipment we needed.

Kim’s communication for check-in and checkout was efficient and super clear, which made our trip to Steamboat completely stress-free. The place was clean, fully equipped, and most importantly—very comfortable. It’s the perfect ski-in, ski-out spot with an unbeatable view of Steamboat Square. Being high up on the seventh floor, great views of the resort and the mountains. The condo layout worked perfectly for our family. We loved that it had three bathrooms—everyone had their own space, which made things easy. Bonus points for the fast, reliable Wi-Fi and a great selection of TV channels for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

The inviting lounge area features a stone fireplace surrounded by bookshelves filled with decorative vases. Plush seating options, including yellow and brown armchairs, provide comfort, while a large chandelier hangs overhead, illuminating the space. A warm-toned area rug adds to the cozy atmosphere.

Great condo w/ an ideal location for mountain activities or a short trip to most of Steamboat’s hot spots. Kim’s communication was great & provided for worry-free experience. The condo was definitely one of the most well-equipped rentals, eliminating the need for last-minute needs often overlooked.

We had a wonderful week in Steamboat and the suite was perfect for our family ski trip. The master suite was larger than I expected and the kitchen/dining area gave us plenty of space to cook meals after long days of skiing with kids. The indoor pool and multiple outdoor hot tub options were great. The shuttle service was really nice for skiing (coming every 15-20 minutes throughout the day and only taking 5 minutes to get to the village). Everything was very clean and well kept. We can't wait to come back!

Edgemont 2401 Luxury Condo Ski-In/Ski-Out Access!

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The location is unbeatable, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

An updated kitchen features modern appliances, including a stainless steel oven and microwave. Light wood cabinetry contrasts with a dark tiled backsplash. A spacious island with a granite countertop provides room for meal preparation, complemented by hanging pendant lights and large windows allowing natural light.
