Cheerful hillside home in a quiet, wooded garden. There was nothing missing. Fabienne welcomed us very warmly and made us many proposals for outings and restaurants. To be booked without a second thought!

A real favorite! The house is spacious, with a nice ceiling height and neat decoration that creates a warm and soothing atmosphere. Located on the edge of the forest, the place is very quiet, perfect for unwinding. Special mention for the jacuzzi with forest views, a pure moment of relaxation, which can also be found in the bedroom for an even more unique experience. The bedding is excellent quality, we slept like babies. We will come back without hesitation!

I spent 3 weeks here in Christine's apartment to attend a language school for French. The stairs are a little narrow with the suitcase, but easily accessible and well lit. The apartment is located in the upper part of an old house with a lot of charm, is very nice and furnished with a lot of flair. The kitchen is also very nicely equipped with spices, salt, pepper, etc., nothing is missing. Living room with small sofa, TV and table neat and clean. Shower with good water pressure and also enough hot water. On the upper floor is the bedroom with bed and separate dressing corner. Sleeping up here was very nice, the nights basically very quiet. Communication with Christine was excellent, she always responded within a short time. Even when birds in the attic caused noise at 5:30 am, Christine and her husband responded very quickly and called a roofer to close the entrances, this was very great. Good recommendation from me.

Nice apartment, great location in the centre of old Rouen.

This is such a wonderful flat! Perfect location so centrally located, safe, roomy, well stocked utensils, even has clothes dryer, very rare in France. Christine is super responsive, meet us at flat, inside has detailed guide. And also flat has great personality, renovation keep visible old logs for beauty. Also large, comfortable , modern bathroom, another rarity

Lyon’s la foret was a beautiful place and Patrick and Stephanie’s place is more fantastic than the photos. Morning delights of eggs or from the bakery were a very thoughtful touch too.

The room is beautiful. It was quite warm weather when we visited and the room was thankfully very cool. Plenty to do within walking distance and lots of helpful recommendations! Had clearly been well cleaned before we arrived. Would happily visit again.

Once again a very pleasant (and practical) stay in Jeremy's functional studio. Close to the historic city center, buses and subway, shops... Easy paid parking right in front. Free spots can be found on a nearby street, parking nearby too, and Île Lacroix.

It is a nice house, equipped with all necessities and a spacious balcony. The neighborhood is quiet, a supermarket is close by, and you are in the center of Rouen in no time. An ideal place for a vacation or to work remotely.

Really nice place with great view on cathedral and Rolo’s statue. Perfect location, also you have free parking 400m away. If you are into history then beside fact that the building really old, the decors might be interesting to you as it includes replica of medieval helmet with nasal, sword and shield.

My parents enjoyed their stay at Swan, happy to find the accommodation as they had occupied it last year. The accommodation is very comfortable and functional for elderly people. I hope they can travel again next year. It'll be at Swan's or nothing!

Very good place to spend a romantic time. And a 10-minute walk from the old center of Rouen.

Great location as it was not in a busy neighborhood but was still very close and walkable to the main areas of the city. Great sized kitchen for two people and worked well for a month. On colder days being able to run the heaters was nice and being able to open the windows on warmer days for a breeze. Overall, really enjoyed the space and the beds were extremely comfortable.
