Chaumière normande pour 6 pers, fêtes interdites L'aménagement est moderne. Le rez de chaussée se compose d' une cuisine ouverte donnant sur la salle et le salon équipé d'un écran géant. - 1 salle de bain avec 1 grande douche et 1 wc séparé . A l'étage : une chambre avec sa salle de bain et son WC. - Une pièce palière qui donne sur une chambre communicante avec la troisième chambre. La propriété est clôturée. Une piscine privée couverte et chauffée est disponible d' avril à fin octobre inclus.

Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. Dans un cadre unique, tranquille, votre petit havre de paix, clos de murs vous invite aux bons moments en famille ou entre amis. Il y a 3 belles chambres dont une au RDC . Au coin du feu ou au bord de la piscine , profitez du dépaysement total dans la nature. La piscine vous est réservée ainsi qu'aux propriétaires des lieux (occasionnellement). Nous sommes à 30' de Rouen, 60' de Deauville et 150km des plages du debarquement.

The city of Saint Saëns offers you a range of shops, restaurants, activities (golf, etc.) 5 minutes away. You can enjoy a heated swimming pool from April to September with sunbathing, a games room with billiards and foosball, a petanque court, a playground.

Cette maison des années 1500, on l’a désirée, transformée, mais tout en gardant son authenticité avec sa façade à colombage, les tomettes rouges dans l’escalier, la hauteur sous plafond au dernier étage … Mais on l’a aussi pensée et créée pour qu’elle vous plaise également. Our visitors will enjoy our large and peacefull garden with an access to river Eure for a pleasant walk, as well as our heated outdoor swimming pool (during summer holidays) Our Suite is located in a small and very quiet village Criquebeuf sur Seine just nearby A13 motorway (3 mn).
