Family-friendly vacation rentals in Rottweil

The flat was clean and had a lovely balcony overlooking the river, there were many walks to choose from which went directly from the house. There is tourist information in the next village along which can be walked to as its about 3km away. It was not made clear that there is only one bedroom, this is large and has lots of storage so is a nice room, the second bed is actually is a fold away one in the lounge area. This was not a problem for myself and my friend but just something to be aware of if you were wanting more privacy. The flat is self contained but it is within the house itself, there are a number of other flats within the building, if you are expecting it to be separate its not. There was occasionally a small amount of noise from the private part of the house where the host lives but this was not intrusive, just the children playing. Be aware that you will need to pay tourist tax at the end of your stay, its about one euro per person per day.

The Black Forest house on the Feldberg is a real gem! The hostess Jutta was incredibly warm and accommodating, so we felt comfortable right from the start. The house itself is beautiful, perfectly divided and offers enough space. The sauna in particular was a real highlight! The spacious, well-equipped kitchen left nothing to be desired. The location is ideal for hikes and excursions, whether in the Black Forest or on Lake Titisee. We had a wonderful weekend and would be happy to come back – an absolute recommendation!

Bodo's apartment is perfect for spending a few days visiting the Black Forest. It has everything and is spacious. Haslach has everything and is beautiful. Bodo is attentive and responds quickly. Definitely a place to go back. Highly recommended

We were there with our baby and were able to sleep well thanks to the apartment layout without having to limit ourselves. The bed was comfortable and nice and big. The use of the swimming pool was great and thanks to the warm hot tub, the baby could also splash around. The place itself was not sooo suitable for strollers, but that should not be a KO criterion. Easy to use both in the rain and in the sun for excursions/sauna day. Super mix of independence with the kitchen and the extra (living)room, and the amenities of a hotel such as room service or massage offer.

We enjoyed the cottage very much. The quiet location, the automated fireplace and the fenced garden were real highlights for us – and our dog. Everything was clean and well appointed. We were very pleased with the welcome greeting and the folder with many helpful excursion tips. Jutta was very friendly and helpful, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation.

The house is very nice, in a quiet area 3 km from the village of Lenzkirch where you can find all the services (supermarket, pharmacy...). The house is well furnished and with all the comforts and accessories. We had a great time.. it is also a perfect home for a stay with a two-year-old child, with a safe garden and a few passing cars. Recommended!

There were two of us for an extended weekend at this place. Steffen was very friendly and accommodating and had even greeted us personally and shown us the apartment. The city is a 20-minute walk away and despite Easter weekend we still found space in various restaurants. The apartment was very nice and we felt right at home. Our highlight was the really nice bathroom with a rain shower. There are two cameras in the house that are plugged in, but they were covered and, according to Steffen, set to standby. Nevertheless, we would have felt even more comfortable if they had been removed during the stay of guests. Otherwise it was a very nice time and can recommend it to anyone who wants to have a few days of rest in a really great apartment.

The two of us were only there for one night, so we hardly needed the existing equipment. The apartment is very clean, above average well equipped and bright despite the location in the basement. The bathroom is very large. The bed is narrow (estimated 1.60 m) which was no problem for us and equipped with a firm mattress. The apartment is located in a quiet side street, but there are bakers, butchers and a snack bar within walking distance. The surroundings of the villages with the many orchards are beautiful. We had chosen the stay very spontaneously (less than 24 hours before arrival) but the booking and contact were quick, very friendly and effective. We were even able to check in a little earlier, which helped us a lot and were welcomed by Loredana's dad in a very friendly way. We fully recommend the place and would be happy to come back.

Connie and Uwes mill is a lovely base for a holiday in the Black Forest/Kenzigtal. They immediately made us feel welcome in their cozy and well-appointed apartment. The mill is 5 minutes from the station in Haslach, and we could have driven by train right to the door from Denmark. From here you can get around for free by bus and train to cities, sights and hiking trails throughout the Black Forest. It's a great area to ride a bike. We rented bikes right by the station in the neighboring town of Biberach. Thank you for your hospitality.

Everything was perfect from the begining to the end. Ulrike and her family are all very friendly and generous. They really did their best to help us enjoying our stay :-) I would like to put 6 stars if possible because it really went beyond our expectation !

Great experience with the super nice hosts! The cottage is only recommended. It has a very large and well-equipped garden with the possibility to have a nice BBQ evening or even play mini golf. We were also allowed to use the wood for a campfire after the BBQ. The house has everything you could possibly need. Great place also, because you are not in the middle of the city and can have your peace. At the same time, but very quickly by car, you are in Freudenstadt and have all the shopping. We really liked the time there as well as the short vacation in the Black Forest in general and would definitely think of this vacation home next time. Totally recommended! Erika's place is a peaceful oasis in the middle of nature, allowing you to deeply recharge your batteries. Tastefully decorated and featuring impressive kitchen equipment, the accommodation invites you to relax and unwind - especially on the sun loungers of the beautiful terrace when the sun is shining. Erika's little touches, always friendly but discreet, did not fail to delight us. The cleanliness of the accommodation is also impeccable. The accommodation is located in the middle of nature and the efficient "Nationalparkregion Schwarzwald" app allows you to find hiking trails nearby and adapted to your desires in the blink of an eye. We would have liked to stay even longer at Erika's. Thanks for everything!

We stayed with Yvonne for the second time. It was great again. The apartment is centrally located and highly recommended, everything you need is within walking distance.

The apartment was very clean, large, and as shown in the pictures. The pool was also great and clean. The view and the tranquility you have there, you have to experience it! Dear Marco, dear Daniela, Thank you so much for the nice week with you at the equestrian farm. We felt comfortable with you from the first minute! Our hosts have responded very flexibly to everything from late check-in, Wi-Fi access at a late hour, etc. The airbnb is wonderfully located a little away from Lake Constance and yet you are in beautiful swimming spots in 15-20 minutes. Marco delighted us and much more our 2-year-old son with tractor riding, horse petting and much more. We will definitely come back!

Comfortable beds, practical terrace, kitchen with all needed and clean bathroom. Very enjoyable stay. 10 min walk from a very nice outdoor natural swimming pool. Great walks in the area! And lots of pretty cats in the neighborhood...

Had a great holiday with Sonja. The apartment is spacious and clean. Sonja is incredibly welcoming and helpful. There is much to do for the kids. The game room has been used a lot by our son as well as the outdoor toys. The pool was lovely and there is much to do in the area. We had a great vacation and definitely recommend this place.

We, two adults and two young children, had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Schluchsee. It is relatively quietly located on the edge of the forest and yet not far from the village center and the lake. Everything is also easily accessible with the children and without a car. It also has some buses virtually on your doorstep per day. And if you don't want to travel, the beautiful circular hike to the Giant Tower starts right in front of the house. Cot and high chair were available. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped for a few days.
