Family-friendly vacation rentals in Rottweil

The flat was clean and had a lovely balcony overlooking the river, there were many walks to choose from which went directly from the house. There is tourist information in the next village along which can be walked to as its about 3km away. It was not made clear that there is only one bedroom, this is large and has lots of storage so is a nice room, the second bed is actually is a fold away one in the lounge area. This was not a problem for myself and my friend but just something to be aware of if you were wanting more privacy. The flat is self contained but it is within the house itself, there are a number of other flats within the building, if you are expecting it to be separate its not. There was occasionally a small amount of noise from the private part of the house where the host lives but this was not intrusive, just the children playing. Be aware that you will need to pay tourist tax at the end of your stay, its about one euro per person per day.

Apartment, location and host really leave nothing to be desired. Communication with Falk is really outstanding and very personal. The property and location are fantastic. It is the details that will be happy to bring you back. The amenities are really extensive and the whole design of the interior design is very loving. We spent incredibly beautiful days, amid the forest. Whether we saw the sunrise on the balcony in the morning or at the fire pit in the evening - everything gives you the feeling of being in a very special place. We will definitely be back!

The Black Forest house on the Feldberg is a real gem! The hostess Jutta was incredibly warm and accommodating, so we felt comfortable right from the start. The house itself is beautiful, perfectly divided and offers enough space. The sauna in particular was a real highlight! The spacious, well-equipped kitchen left nothing to be desired. The location is ideal for hikes and excursions, whether in the Black Forest or on Lake Titisee. We had a wonderful weekend and would be happy to come back – an absolute recommendation!

Great apartment, great host, great stay This is our conclusion as a family after an extended weekend in Bodo's apartment. The apartment is really spacious, bright, equipped with everything, clean and for the children there was already something to play in the room. There are great descriptions and pictures for check-in that make everything easy. The terrace is wonderful with a view and covered. There are great hiking opportunities (also for children), playgrounds and shopping in the area. We like the city of Haslach, not too big, nice dining options and opportunities for activities as a couple/family. Bodo was very nice and helpful and very easy to reach/responded quickly. We'd love to come back and highly recommend the place

Very nice hosts, the sauna in the bathroom and the large hot tub were definitely worth mentioning. The living room is equipped with a very cozy leather couch as well as a fully electric pellet stove that conjures up wonderful warmth. Due to the large windows, the apartment is very nice and bright. The fenced garden is great for dogs, but the fence is only waist-high. Outside the grill is very nice. All around there is a lot of peace and nature, you can start a hike directly, well signposted paths. All in all, a very relaxing place.

The house is very nice, in a quiet area 3 km from the village of Lenzkirch where you can find all the services (supermarket, pharmacy...). The house is well furnished and with all the comforts and accessories. We had a great time.. it is also a perfect home for a stay with a two-year-old child, with a safe garden and a few passing cars. Recommended!

I had a great stay and Steffen was very helpful. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone who looking for a place to stay in Balingen. Will definitely be coming back!

It was great vacation for us, the place is absolutely stunning and Picturesque. Monika is a great host, she have been very kind to arrange pick up from the train station. The place is absolutely gorgeous, and we can feel the fresh air and natural pond is treat to watch. Monika and her family had made sure that people who comes with kids do not miss the fun activities, our kids absolutely loved the trampoline, swing slides, they spend most of the time playing out, while me and my wife enjoyed the beauty of the surroundings. We got chance to have a look in to their diary farm, and also received fresh , creamy and ofcourse free milk for which we are very much thankful to Monika and their family :). The walk to thier farm is absolutely refreshing with great views 😃. We got stunning pictures in their property. We loved the time we spent ane absolutely love to come back again :). Thank you for making our stay memorable, we will cherish each and every moment:)

We had a great time with the family at Claudia's apartment! The environment and proximity to nature and horses really invite you to relax. Our son was able to see and touch the beautiful horses, he was delighted! We were pleasantly surprised to find that our host spoke French very well, which made our exchanges easier. His attentiveness and availability are a real plus. Thank you!

Peaceful family house in a beautiful setting. The perfect escape for a family looking to unplug and enjoy nature. The playground and animals are perfect for kids and the host is friendly and helpful.

The property is highly recommended. Freudenstadt (the nearest town) is easily accessible on foot or by bus. Due to the tourist tax, it is definitely worth using the public transport. (Stop right by the house). Freudenstadt offers great restaurants, a huge market square, some museums and all sorts of shops for strolling. For all nature lovers, you can either start immediately from the accommodation or explore the All Saints Waterfalls, for example, by car. The apartment is well furnished with everything you need. Even a wood-burning stove for the cold days is available. Sara and Tassilo are very nice hosts and definitely worth a (or more) visit! For us, a very clear recommendation :)

We stayed at Ferienhaus Lilie for 4 days in June, and it was a great experience. The house was comfortable, clean and cool (air temperature indoors), the nearby playground with bunnies was great for our kids, and the area was nice for walks / hikes. We went to Wutachschlucht for hiking, Bonndorf for a walk in a Japanese garden / Schloßgarten, shopping and good lunch, and Tatzmania wild park for fun time with the family. Would highly recommend this place for a vacation!

We had a lovely stay in Dietrich charming apartment. The location is very central but still in a quiet area. Dietrich was a friendly host and replied quickly to our questions.

Very nice converted barn. You feel right at home. It has everything you need. From the coffee machine to the vacuum cleaner. The balcony is set back and you have your peace. No one can see it and you also have a bit of a lake view. A dream. However, people who rely on cell phone reception or mobile Internet are in a bad position here. Cell phone reception is almost non-existent and the WiFi was not stable in our case. There were probably issues with the repeater. But it didn't bother us. We'll be back for sure.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy and well laid out apartment. We also enjoyed the pool. Well-marked hikes in the area.

It was a great stay in Katja's place. She is superhost who has entertained every kind of request. Initially we have booked for one family. After few days another family wanted to join us and it was taken care with no hastle. Checkin procedure, location, surrounding, in house amenities was great as described. I could not find iron (press) inside the room. I requested Katja and she had arranged a brand new one next morning. Great hosting.

Quiet apartment equipped with all comforts in a condominium also equipped with swimming pool, sauna and gym. The condominium and apartment accept dogs, which is definitely a plus! If you love hiking, you'll be a stone's throw from the start of several trails that cross the Black Forest. recommended!

Andrea's place was great. It's just that I wasn't there in the summer and couldn't use the bathing. The lake looks really beautiful and I believe it's a nice diversion of the place.

Dear Marco, dear Daniela, Thank you so much for the nice week with you at the equestrian farm. We felt comfortable with you from the first minute! Our hosts have responded very flexibly to everything from late check-in, Wi-Fi access at a late hour, etc. The airbnb is wonderfully located a little away from Lake Constance and yet you are in beautiful swimming spots in 15-20 minutes. Marco delighted us and much more our 2-year-old son with tractor riding, horse petting and much more. I'm sure we'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and affordable—perfect for a relaxing visit to the Black Forest. Had a great holiday with Sonja. The apartment is spacious and clean. Sonja is incredibly welcoming and helpful. There is much to do for the kids. The game room has been used a lot by our son as well as the outdoor toys. The pool was lovely and there is much to do in the area. We had a great vacation and definitely recommend this place.
