Lovely house. Comfortable for 6 people. With big sofas and comfy dining. Really nice space. Lively views and nearby walks and the winery has a fun tour. Would have been nice to have 6 outside seats in spring time. And some black out blinds in the bedrooms. That’s is only add one.

Really lovely stay. Sarah was communicative and helpful throughout (and even left us a couple of Easter Eggs for the kids, thank you!). The place was very comfy, nice and clean, and had loads of room for us to spread out. Lots of fun games and books for the kids. Well equipped kitchen. I also recommend the local Indian, Saheb’s! Would definitely come back here if the chance arises!

Sarah was an Amazing host and I couldn't have asked for a better host or a more wonderful house. Sarah's home was stunning and was so lovely to be near a wonderful big park.

We came to visit with our toddler, large dog and grandparents this place was incredible, a place all stakeholders had the best time. it really is no joke about being 5 minutes from the beach. the area was lovely and quiet with a few friendly locals. we strolled the large empty beaches and had lovely breakfasts lunches and dinners all nearby. we played I'm the sand during the afternoons and had a lovely BBQ and toasted smores over the fire. the house itself is warm and cosy but decorated well enough it didn't feel cluttered or messy. everything we could need for 5 adults and a child and shops only 6 min drive away for anything. my dog was delighted with the area and was comfortable enough that once his blankets and beds were down he was fine sleeping on his own downstairs. we ended up getting absolutely gorgeous weather having said that I imagine coming down when it's chilly or a little rainy would be equally as enjoyable. I will definitely be booking again.

A unique house, something interesting everywhere you look, inside and out. Clearly a well loved property with plenty to keep you occupied. My personal favourite was the wood fired pizza oven - if you want to try this, make sure you do some homework before you go! The wood fired hot tub was a stand out favourite with my family, as were the huge variety of birds seen in the garden.

We had a lovely stay at Barbara's place, tucked away in the Sussex countryside. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed - the hot tub was a real bonus and meant we could enjoy the outside space, despite the weather not being on our side! The place was easy to find, communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cosy getaway ✨

We stayed 5 nights. The room was spacious, WiFi perfect, relaxing place, dining place, the bedding was of a very good quality. When we arrived, there was fresh baked bread, eggs, butter, coffee, tea, water. Annemarie is always willing to help. Very kind family. Don’t hesitate, go for it! We enjoyed our days!

We loved our stay here. Very good location and great central neighbourhood for walking everywhere. Lovely to be able to bring the dog too and the garden was a bonus. Arlene is exceptionally easy to communicate with and everything is in place to make the stay comfortable and very pleasant. Lovely cafés, pubs, shops etc in the immediate area.

We love St Leonards - this is our second trip - and find the air bnb selection is pretty top notch, but this apartment is exceptional! Beautifully decorated with peaceful surrounding views of the sea - we had a really wonderful stay. The weather didn’t play ball but we played board games & read books by the seaside in our gorgeous ‘home’. Short walk to St Leonards with good restaurant and shop selection & if you go a bit further Hastings. Couldn’t recommend this home enough - just be ready to climb the stairs to the top (the views are worth it!)

We needed somewhere to stay while finding a place to live in London. The flat was excellent and well equipped for our needs. Great place to stay.

Marsha was a fantastic host and very helpful. Design House added extra excitement to our trip and the location was perfect for a weekend by the coast. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, Marsha kindly left out a beach BBQ and a dog bed, plus additional mattresses for our children. We loved the fun interior and many quirks, highly recommended for a fun filled trip with friends or family.

Very comfortable, clean, cosy apartment, very tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for our brief stay, communication with Julia was excellent, and we will certainly book again when we are in the area.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the lodge. Beautiful space to relax. Excellent communication prior meant everything was straight forward and clear. We will likely stay again!

Koppla cabin was the perfect getaway for what we wanted, it was so peaceful and the surroundings were beautiful. The hosts thought of everything and the manual they send with instructions and things to do locally was very handy and a great touch making everything easy. Everything was better than imagined when staying here, we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be returning in the future!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely shepherd’s hut! The hut itself was modern, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable getaway. The host went the extra mile by leaving us a welcome bottle of champagne, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, they were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The peaceful countryside setting was perfect for a relaxing weekend away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cosy retreat. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Jen and Matts. Such a beautiful and peaceful location - we did the walk to the Black Horse pub which was really nice and had a really great stay.

This stay was amazing, eveyone was so so friendly and helpful!! Peanut and Louis were so gorgeous and made our whole stay, I could of sat there with them all night🤣💕 I do have to say, be careful with the surrounding roads as there are it is all back roads and very rural roads (has nothing to do with how amazing my stay was!) thank you so much, we will definitely be back xx

We loved our stay at Pancake Lodge, beautiful views, immaculate lodge, hot tub was a very good quality one, outdoor dining area was unique and creatively made, all amenities needed and clear communication throughout. Kari also was kind enough to add a birthday banner for us before arrival and helped plan for a later check in putting on some lights warmth etc. Very thoughtful extra touches were appreciated. Would highly recommend and will return.

Lovely stay, Christopher was a fabulous host

Such a stunning spot. The view out over the valley is beautiful. The lovely Alfriston is a 5 minute walk away with delicious pubs and restaurants. Great walks directly from the lodge and no need to get in your car. Hot tub was great once we got it up to temperature with a bit of help from Mandy which was appreciated! Really recommend and we’d love to return one day.
