Our adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk) and in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In apartment 6, you have a wonderful view of the lake, unspoiled nature and an unforgettable sunset from the south-facing wooden terrace. For chilling and sunbathing, there is a very private lounge area in the countryside.

Welcome TO the HOUSE IM REED 1 - The cozy home on Lake Hainer. Our adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk), in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. Open the doors and the large, wrap-around wooden terrace becomes the outdoor extension of the inner comfort zone in apartment 3. Here you can enjoy the sun from breakfast to a drink at sunset, without losing sight of the lake.

The best way to get to downtown Leipzig is by S-Bahn [suburban train], which you can walk to in 5 minutes from your apartment. There is a bus to the Belantis Amusement Park or you can reach it by car in 10 minutes from us.

With its approximately 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, the Elster Park is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit period. The bright 97sqm loft on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (orientation northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. Leipzig's waterways can be explored for a small surcharge with your own 2-person kayak.

I am happy to welcome you to the castle. Apartment No. 5 is located on the upper floor (2nd floor) next to apartment no. 4. The rooms are large and overlook the park to the north and east towards the church and entrance to the Audigast. This was one of the main servants' rooms, but today it is a modern version that protects and connects the past and present.
