Sie liegt im Dachgeschoss eines schönes Gebäudes von 1900 und hat einen eigene Eingang, durch den Ihr ungestört kommen und gehen könnt wann Ihr möchtet. Die Wohnung hat eine großzügige Küche und einen großen Wohnraum mit TV inkl. Netfixzugang. Auch wer einiges zu erledigen hat findet einen Schreibtsch mit LAN / WLAN. Außerdem habt ihr einen eigenen kleinen Gartenbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen.

When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. The 60 sqm apartment, completed in early 2020, is located on the 1st floor of a wooden house directly on Molkereistraße at the exit of Fischerhude. The Hamburg-Bremen cycle path leads past the house and it is only 10 km by bike to Bremen through the Wümmeniederung nature reserve. Bicycles can be rented in the village and there is a lockable shed for storage. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower.
