There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

The house is situated in a pine forest area with large plots. It is a quiet area where only the birds are heard since the paths are dead-end and only the people we live here pass by. It is ideal for spending a few days authentic resting. We are halfway from the village and the beach, about 3 km each, and very close to large supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Near the house there are walking paths and a large public pine forest with facilities for sports or picnics.

Curro and Pepa

Get away from the routine at this unique and relaxing stay. Apartment with separate entrance, 2 bedrooms with closets and windows to the outside. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second two single beds. Its decoration is modern and it has a living room - kitchen - dining room, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen equipped with everything you need. It has a covered barbecue and a small porch with a great cold water jacuzzi pool with a waterfall.

The internet connection is fiber optic (600Mb/s). The house is in a pine forest area and 100 meters from the beach. It is minimalist and very comfortable. To ensure accessibility, we arranged the main double bedroom with a 150cm bed with an en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a 135cm double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms; one with 2 beds and the other with a trundle bed (2 singles) and a double bed.

The rented part of the house has a charming Andalusian patio (courtyard) including two living spaces within and plenty of plants such as kentias, aspidistras, a banana tree and a jasmine; three bedrooms, one of them 95 m2, and three bathrooms. The total surface of this ground floor is 310 m2. In the second floor a full equipped kitchen, a terrace and a laundry room are also available (approx. extra 50 m2).
