Beach house vacation rentals in Rota

My husband and I spent a month in Teresa's beautiful home, which is on the first and top floor of a 3 storey building. It is a very comfortable space, flooded with light from the large south facing windows in the living room. Despite the variable weather, we felt very much at home and enjoyed spending time at the house. On sunny mornings, we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace, which is beautiful. The house is located on a lovely residential street on the edge of the old town with its many bars and restaurants, a short walk to the market and very near the beach. A wonderful place to stay.

Kai's place is fantastically beautiful. The garden is huge with pool, mini golf, basketball hoop, volleyball and tennis net. Sun loungers are available at the poolside. BBQ, kitchen, bath towels, climate, location, communication, really everything-my family and I were very satisfied and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

Good communication with Jaime, the apartment is very nice and in very good condition. We'll be back!!

We had a great stay, everything was perfect!

The apartment was great for us as a family! There were three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The direct access to the garden was also perfect! Everything was clean and the communication with Antonio was great. A parking space was available. Unfortunately, the pool is only open from June, so we could not use it. But access to the sea was perfect in 5 minutes and the beach is fantastic and natural. An enchanting place to unwind and enjoy tranquility.

Great location few hundred meters from the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants. Anton’s place is super convenient for beach goers. Everything you need for your stay the house has. I definitely recommend this place.

Manuel was a super kind and helpful host for us, I would love to stay here again. My friends and I had an amazing time in Puerto Real thanks to him & his great property!!

The location of this apartment is what makes it special. On the bustling Bajo de Guia, with its many restaurants and bars, you have a beach front view of the comings and goings on the Guadalquivir River. The apartment is as listed (the views from the living room and terrace are truly fantastic) and well equipped. The bathrooms are a little tight and the seating area a bit squeezed but otherwise everything was great. Mercedes was an excellent host, fantastic communication from the very beginning and she welcomed us for the check in a very friendly and flexible manner. We would stay here again anytime!

I spent the weekend with my friends and we loved it. Initially it was difficult for us to find the accommodation and the access road to the residential development is in poor condition. However, the house was beautiful and very clean. We were greeted by Gloria, who was fantastic, she adapted very nicely to our schedules. Due to the bad weather we were unable to enjoy the pool, so we have to go back!

My family and I were so fortunate to have stayed in Reyes' beautiful home! It was perfect for us and so convenient to everything we wanted to do. We hope to return again some day!

Excellent host. Exactly as described. Location was great

We've been at Jose Manuel's for 14 days. The house is as described by Jose Manuel in the listing, although the photos don't do it justice. It has everything you need to spend a vacation stay, it is very spacious and located in a very central, residential and quiet area. Upon our arrival the house was clean, with the beds made, fresh and new sheets and towels. It has air conditioning in the main room, a standing fan and one of the rooms has a ceiling fan, enough to withstand the heat. The communication with Jose Manuel has been fantastic from before our arrival, giving us all the facilities both when entering and leaving. He has made us great recommendations for visits, shopping and gastronomy and his response has always been very quick to a couple of doubts that arose to us, it is available 24/7. We have been renting houses since 2021 in the area and this is definitely for repeat.

Everything is great. The super nice house, everything is very clean. Spacious garden. Loved it. Return safe. Close to many villages we visit. The beach is near. A 10.

A very pleasant Stay, I stayed with my mother and my friend. There was ample space for all of us. The villa is very private with high walls surrounding it. The pool and barbecue area were enjoyable to use. A car is required. I would recommend to other guests.

Magnificent house ideal to spend a few days with your family where the children will enjoy like no one else. Quiet and charming place to relax. Also Daniel was a great host adapting to our needs even though we had to delay our arrival time.

The accommodation is as seen in the photos, a large and spacious apartment, perfect for 5 people. It was pristine and with all the needs, down to the last detail. We felt right at home :) For putting a pega, it's far from the center, but close to the beach.

Thank you Laura for being such a great host. Very quick to respond and so helpful and kind when we had a medical emergency. The house is as described. It is both beautiful and comfortable. Much thought has been given to supplying all the equipment you could require for your stay. The air conditioning is very effective throughout the property. The pool and garden are extremely well maintained and a real pleasure to use. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach, food shop and restaurants are not far. We were a group of six but the house easily accommodates eight adults with plenty of seating etc. A lovely place to say!

The stay has everything. The terrace upstairs at sunset for great dinners, with a cooking iron, sink and a small refrigerator. Everything is quite new and the beds are comfortable. You get to the beach in a couple of minutes. The host Lola is very nice. We had a good stay.

We were very comfortable, the place is quiet and the house is clean and well distributed. Ideal for living together and the patio and pool we loved it. At the playa we have gone walking, the drive is flat and there is shade.

We were very comfortable in the house. Isabel daughter gave us all the instructions and was very kind, she gave us restaurant recommendations and offered for anything we needed but we were so good that we didn't need to contact. The pool is not available in September but the proximity to the beach makes up for 2nd line of beach and ocean views. I thought the house was better than in the pictures. We were able to get in a few hours before the established; on the day of departure we could be until 11 a.m. to which we gave the keys to Isabel's in-laws who were very nice and close. Lots of towels to be able to change them. All appliances were working. Safety in the area, the sound of the sea and the breeze. My dog really enjoyed the lawn on the porch and there is an extensive grass area in the front houses where being able to walk it is also close to the canine beach of lavaculos. They had the detail to leave us some drinks for check-in. Thanks Isabel!

A fantastic house, it exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased, and we will definitely repeat.

Excellent experience, the accommodation is very nice and large. Upon arrival, Arturo welcomes you, the manager, charming and very helpful. It can be seen that you are not alone during your stay. We were able to park two cars inside the house. The house is very nicely cared for and is spacious. The kitchen is very well implemented with enough crockery, premium cookware and appliances, plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, coffee, to umbrellas and sun loungers to take to the beach which is a 5-minute walk away, a supermarket nearby and several restaurants. Flexible check-in and check-out, at the end Arturo fixed us until a problem with the car. We had a great few days. Thank you very much
