Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Roswell

Wonderful place to stay! Everything you need and more. Very helpful for us travelers that need last minute place to stay. Best place we found on our trip! Will definitely use her again!

The apartment was a great place for our Roswell trip. The rooms, kitchen and restroom were super clean. It had everything you need for a getaway. Nathan’s response time was phenomenal.

The place was very clean and right in the center of town. It was everything we needed for our trip. The only minor issue we had was that the shower sliding door would not stay closed and continuously slid open. We used a couple hangers to keep it closed while showering and problem solved. We would stay here again.

It is always great staying in one of these Lofts. I always look forward to my stays here when I go to Roswell!

The house is large and well furnished. The downstairs is just lovely. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed and the backyard has a great grassy area, along with a completely fenced yard encircling the house. The upstairs is a bit difficult to navigate due to the low ceiling and further limited by a window framed out into the hallway - the stairway is right there where there is not much room to navigate. Overall, the house is a great find to explore Roswell and the area. Make sure to visit the Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge where in early spring it must be a birders paradise. Also visit Toni at Finishing Touches, a really neat art store for those unique gifts.

Elaine's casita is so cute and comfortable. A great location close to everything in downtown Roswell.

The house was beautiful and we had everything we needed.

Brenda is great host and if the opportunity arises to visit again, we will look to stay at one of her properties first! We went with the expectation that we were staying in a historic home and expected some idiosyncrasies, which allowed us to really enjoy our stay. We were thrilled with the amount of space that accommodated our party of seven very well! We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen which allowed us to make a nice family meal to celebrate a birthday. One thing that would possibly be helpful for future guests would be to label the light switches with a printable label maker. There are a lot of rooms/light switches and having them labeled would take away some of the time spent guessing and flipping switches. Thank you for your hospitality! We made so many great memories in Roswell! (Oh, and everyone really enjoyed the hot tub!)

Cannot recommend this home enough! Absolutely beautiful and clean inside, Backyard is perfect for hanging out and grilling, kitchen has all the tools and utensils you could need (my chef boyfriend was very impressed😁). Bed was also so comfortable and plenty of toiletries for those that need them! Overall loved our stay!

It’s a cozy house near downtown and a nice park. A couple of things about the listing, the bedrooms and bathroom is upstairs. The stairs are on the narrow side and steep. Finally the upstairs has creaky floors and may disturb light sleepers. It is nice little place in Roswell.
