Guesthouse vacation rentals in Roswell

I have been staying at Grace’s place for almost 4 years while my daughter attended college. Never had any issues. The apartment was always clean and had everything you need to feel right at home. The location is awesome! Close to everything…Emory, Downtown Atlanta, shopping, etc. Grace has always been wonderful, very responsive and accommodating!! She is an awesome host! Will definitely be staying again whenever I’m back in Atlanta.

Gail’s place was perfect for my week-long intensive class at Emory—close, convenient, clean, had everything I needed. She was a fabulous host, offering clear instructions for check in and out and even some suggestions on places to eat. The bedding and accommodations were comfortable. Great mini-kitchen. I hope to stay again!

West End Cottage was close to the Atlanta Beltline and Lee & White which has fun places to eat, drink and have coffee! It was easy to locate and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go in Atlanta. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and walking on the Beltline to Lee & White. Communication was timely, clear and concise which made check in and our stay easy and relaxing! Everything we needed for a long weekend was include!

It was a great place to stay while visiting family

Sean made things easy — clear communication from initial booking. It was clean, quiet, and perfectly located. I could walk most anywhere I wanted to go. It was a nice atmosphere and would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic, secluded and private spot in a great neighborhood. Loved the chickens roaming in the backyard. Walkable to Virginia Highlands main section of restaurants and bars. Happened to be there for Porchfest which was a lot of fun. Hosts were very responsive and attentive. Would stay again.

Ten minute walk to the restaurants and shops in Decatur. There is also a MARTA station in Decatur, so it is ideal for someone who wants to spend time in downtown Atlanta but not stay overnight in downtown Atlanta. Very comfortable apartment over a garage. Some steps involved in getting there, but this should not be a problem for most people.

Visiting family in the area for a couple weeks. Stacey's place was perfect, clean, and had all the basics plus extras for an extended stay. Very thoughtfully furnished. Good internet and smart TV as well. Perfect stay...Highly recommended.

Very cozy property, however, well kept and private. Hosts were very responsive and courteous; would definitely stay again.

Great place and super cute. Had everything we needed

Beautiful place, very nice hosts, everything you need for a short stay. Address was a little hard to find because the mailbox was buried in a bush. The stairs into the apartment/basement are very steep so you must be able to use them.

It was nice and everything looked like the pictures. Great stay for a couple.

First time in Atlanta, had a fantastic time. Beautiful and cozy place, perfect for anyone that is traveling through and needs somewhere nice to stay!

I had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable and safe here! Response time was quick and there were no issues while staying. Very cute and clean functional place. Loved how detailed the host were! I was surprised to find all different types of coffees, organic cane sugar, popcorn and I’m pretty sure I saw oatmeal as well as an option if one so desired. I loved the layout of the space and it worked perfect for what I needed! All instructions were very clear and things were easy to find inside. I would for sure rent this place out again should I find myself back in ATL!

My husband and & stayed here with our dogs and loved it! The location is within walking distance from a ton of things, and Jacki sent us a bunch of local things to do! The cottage was also stocked with anything you can imagine. Q Tips, makeup wipes, utensils/plates. We forgot a couple of things but she saved us a trip to the convenience store by having everything we needed. Communication was also great, I never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response. We and our dogs felt super welcome and my husband and I agreed that we will book again if we find ourselves back! Thank you!!

Great property and host. Penelope was very responsive and the accommodations were very clean and cozy. We have stayed here a few times now and will continue to book in the future when life brings us to Alpharetta.

This was my second stay, and I did manage to see some of the garden and foliage before they withered away for the winter. It's a shame the place seems to be delisting, as I would have liked to spend more time in the spacious private backyard. The look and feel of it is unique in the autumn/winter. Regrettably I wasn't able to enjoy more of the natural ambience. The entire backyard area looks to be a great place to get exercise secluded away from the world.

Faith is a responsive host, easy to communicate with. Her place is very peaceful. The accommodations are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We would definitely return!

Steve's place was the perfect weekend getaway. I visited Atlanta to visit my son, who just bought a home. His house was still a wreck and I figured he could have a stay-cation and I didn't want to spend my time moving furniture and unpacking. The loft was exactly as pictured. The garden was beautiful. I enjoyed having coffee and toast out on the deck as the sun came up, listening to the birds and watching the squirrels and chipmunks. Everything was clean, tidy and in working order. High-speed wi-fi and a Smart TV we were able to cast to. And, the water pressure in the shower was great! I'll definitely stay again when I'm in Atlanta...maybe even after my son's home is ready. The neighborhood is amazing, historical and gentrified. Shops, restaurants and groceries all within walking distance. Quick Uber rides to attractions. Thank you!

The apartment was spacious with a nice decor. It is in a serene location. We enjoyed taking strolls. All our needs were met without having to bother the host. As noted in a previous review, the bathroom is a bit small. More shelf space to keep toiletries and a better location for the toilet roll may be considered. This was NOT a major drawback and all other amenities were excellent. We appreciate being hosted in this lovely apartment.

The guesthouse made me feel like I was on a mini vacation. The view is amazing and finding the place was so easy. Michael’s YouTube directions was on point to know what to do during your stay. The bed and the bathroom is so pretty and great details on the wall of the flamingo cans. I honestly didn’t need much. Coming back to stay soon. Thanks again rating this place 1000 star.

We loved our stay. You can easily walk to local restaurants and shopping. It is quiet and peaceful. The space was clean and perfect! This stay was our second stay here and we would definitely come back for a third!!
