Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Roswell

I highly recommend this airbnb! It was clean, comfy, and spacious. The neighborhood is great. The unit was well-decorated and had a peaceful, fenced backyard. We walked to the Battery for the Braves game and it was just over 1 mile.

We enjoyed staying at the house. The location was awesome - walkable to restaurants and Starbucks. Quiet neighborhood and Stephen was super quick to answer my questions.

This house was very nice and very clean! The house was spacious and decorated nicely with everything we needed inside. There was a fire pit in the backyard that we planned on doing s’mores with, but ran out of time! The host was great as well, very responsive and friendly! I would recommend this house, very peaceful! this may be the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in. plenty of room for my whole family and infant grandson. the downstairs basement gave the new parents privacy and allowed the baby to be fussy if he needed to be without distrubing others. the location was quiet in a nice neighborhood but close to our activies in marietta, GA 30 min to the aquarium close to restaurants and grocery stores. we didn't get to try the hot tub but it was there. the kitchen was very nice and well appointed the master shower was over the top. I felt like I need an instruction manual to figure out how the water came from so many locations would definitely stay again particularly if you have 3-4 couples all wanting to stay in same place

The house is in the process of being updated. Pictures are as the house is. We stayed for almost a month while waiting to get into our new house. It stated it came fully stocked with kitchen stuff. We had to buy measuring cups and basic stuff, like salt and pepper, to be able to cook. We ended up just eating out. The location was excellent for food options.

Such a great Airbnb for the needs our group had! It was close to some great restaurants, grocery stores as well as the hospitable for those traveling for medical needs. The neighborhood was a great place for morning walks and we loved the space for just hanging out and watching movies together. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

Katie was a great host. Her place was so fresh. It was the cleanest AirBNB I have stayed in. The backyard is huge, and no house behind. Katie gave us some extra kitchen supplies we needed and had all the basics. So nice to have a tv both in the living space and bedroom. The neighbourhood is quiet and there are lots of places to eat. Me and my fiancé stayed here for three months, and we absolutely loved it. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. It is a basement apartment on the ground level of their house, and we never had any noise problems with them living above us. The neighborhood itself was so beautiful, and I always felt safe. I would highly recommend anyone to stay with Monique. She is very kind and always responded in a timely manner if I messaged her about something.

Second time in the lovely apparement of Debra and Denis. I enjoyed every moment ! The location is perfect, in the middle of a park, with the city centre easily accessible by bike. The neighborhood is amazing with a grocery and restaurants close by. Debra and Denis care for you feeling at home. A must!

This was perfect for our weekend stay on the outskirts of ATL. We felt private yet were only 5 minutes from almost anything we needed, like dining, coffee, etc. We took advantage of the spacious area with large kitchen and living room. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths made the stay that much more peaceful for our family. The hosts were the best, with quick and flexible communication and directions. This is an incredible place to stay. It has a massive private porch that overlooks the intersection of two local streets. It was simply mesmerizing to sit at night and watch the cars and people walking. The house is super clean and updated with a modern feel yet maintaining the historic values of the house. We originally thought we may share the porch with neighbors but nope, it’s all private to this house. Beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this house.

This is honestly one of the best places to stay in the area! The hosts are so kind and polite; they treated me like family. They are genuinely some of the kindest people. The apartment is clean, quiet, and has everything you could possibly need. I actually specifically booked this listing again because I stayed here a few years ago and was so impressed with my experience. I would without a doubt recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Sandy Springs area!

This place is a 20/10. Eddie and Juan are AMAZING host. The attention to detail is remarkable.  I read all the reviews before booking this place and the 3 start review the have is totally unfair. They deserve 10 stars if possible. I'm not lying when I say that the whole time I staded here I felt like home. Eddie and Juan went above and beyond eveytime I needed it and I really appreciated the hard work they put into making the best possible experience for the guest. If you're reading this, book it without doubt... you won't regret it.

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.

LaTanga was great, very responsive and friendly. Place was very clean and representative of the pictures. Just a beautiful place and location. Lots do go - there is golf, the lake (boat or swim) a restaurant, two pools and tennis/pickle ball. If you are traveling far - bring golf clubs, they do not rent!

We will definitely book Tunde home again. The kids loved the pool, movie theater and game room. Guest who came by loved the house as well. It was enough space for everyone. The house was great and everyone loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Conyers, Georgia while in town for my son’s wedding. Several family members stayed together, and the house had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The kids especially loved the pool and had a great time fishing in the pond. The peaceful, scenic setting provided the perfect backdrop for some relaxation between wedding events. There was plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, and we appreciated how close the property was to shopping and how easy it was to get to the airport. Jorge was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which made everything go smoothly. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious and serene place to gather with family or friends.

This property is wonderful! Such a great location for visiting attractions in Atlanta and then being able to escape the heavy traffic and hectic city and retreat to this beautiful and relaxing lake house. We almost thought the listing photos were "too good to be true," but they aren't! The property is just as great in person as it looks in the listing. And, Troy was an EXCELLENT host! He was super responsive to every message and question that we sent, and he even made a special trip to the property to personally address a minor item that came up during our stay. My family felt safe and highly entertained with all the activities and pool time spent while not at the Braves’ games. The hosts are sweet people, and communicative—Clean and modern decor throughout the home, with smart technology features, that will keep you content. Surprisingly, they possessed an abundance of toddler toys, as well as sleeping/eating resources. These came in clutch for the little one. Thanks!
