This wee gem is a newly and tastefully decorated semi detached house with enclosed garden, patio area, 3 bedrooms (two double and one single), a through lounge including dining area and a fitted kitchen. It is mega close to town centre, Royal County Down golf course and the beach (10 minutes on foot). It has parking, wi-fi, tv, DVD player, family board games, stereo, sound dock, coffee maker, new electric shower, open fire for cosy nights and bbq for summer. Absolutely everything you will need.

Hillside Lodge is nestled in the village of Rostrevor, with restaurants, pubs, Kilbroney Park & the beach all within a 1 minute stroll from the front door. A perfect beach front getaway. The house has been our family's holiday home for 30 years - a place to relax and unwind but just an hours drive from Belfast. With uninterrupted sea views and private beach access what better place to come and spend a few days? Children love the beach, both the sand and the rockpools. Located on the coast this beautiful gem has breath taking views, with loads of land for celebrations, activites, family fun A 5 minute walk to the local country pub or a short journey into a little village known as killough. Also close to tryella beach, a short car journey into the beautiful sea side resort known as newcastle where you will find loads of pubs, restaurants, arcades etc. This big beautiful house has so much room, designed beautifully making you feel at home yet away.
