Nice place to Stay

Gretel's favorite place is a wonderfully quiet retreat surrounded by meadows and forest, where you immediately feel at home. You live in the same house as the renting family, but have your own small corner apartment on the ground floor and even a terrace. The apartment is small, but lovingly and stylishly decorated with everything you need. Everything important is also available in the kitchen, but you should keep in mind that there is not much space in the refrigerator. Silvio and Christin are very friendly and accommodating hosts, we felt very comfortable!

The hostel is a great place for groups or families. There are plenty of rooms, so there is also a retreat. The kitchen is very well equipped, cooking for many people is not a problem. The location is almost in the middle of Döbeln, so you can also go to the bakery or supermarket early. Ideally located for excursions to Dresden and Leipzig. The garden is fantastic. It was also very quiet here. Clear recommendation!

In my eyes as a business traveler, the place is great. Ground floor, car is in front of the door, loading and unloading without much effort and everything is available in the accommodation as well as the communication with Christian is great. In detail: spacious living/sleeping room with two large windows for pleasant working in daylight. Wi-Fi is sufficient for emails and video calls. I had used the dining table for work and "pimped" one of the two "seminar chairs" with a terrace chair pad. So I could work really well and comfortably. I slept very well, which is partly due to the tranquility, and partly due to the comfortable bed. The kitchen has enough space and amenities for relaxed cooking. The bathroom is great and offers, in addition to the walk-in shower, a washing machine (which I did not need). My four days were productive and pleasant. What more could you ask for? I'd love to come back.
