Innsbruck is only 20 minutes away and in 30 minutes you are at the Brenner. The icing on the cake is the special charm of the apartment, which was renovated in 2023: The Alte Schmiede dates back to 1666!

I offer a nice small but functionally and cozily furnished apartment with double bed 1.60 x 2.0 m, small kitchen corner with induction plate, coffee maker, large Refrigerator, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, toaster, DW telephone, baby/children's bed also available on request, bathroom/WC with walk-in shower, and wooden terrace - centrally and very quietly located. This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I'm sure you'll love my home as much as I do. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.
