This is the BEST Airbnb we’ve ever stayed! We were warmly welcomed by Leopoldo who offered to carry our luggages two floors up to the apartment (he also helped us during check out) and kindly showed us around the apartment during check in. There were many other thoughtful details in the apartment, such as a providing makeup remover sheets and a manual on how things work in the apartment, and food/tour recommendations. PLEASE try the first restaurant on the good and affordable list. Their seafood pasta was the best we had during our trip to Italy. We definitely appreciated the beautiful furnishings which made us feel right at home, and not just the bare necessities like many other airbnbs we’ve stayed. The bedsheets were softer than the one I had at home too and I slept so well despite there being some noise from the streets. Location wise, it’s really near the train station and there’s plenty of food options and shopping around. This is a must-stay in the beautiful city of Venice!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for us. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. I stayed here with my wife and our four children, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was excellent, the neighborhood was safe and quiet, and the small touches inside the apartment made a big difference. Thank you so much for hosting us — we would definitely love to come back again in the future! Highly recommended for families!

We had a wonderful stay in Venice thanks to Arrigo! He welcomed us at the vaporetto station (so much better than a key locker!) and he recommended us the best places to see and to eat. The appartement is wonderful and very well located in a quiet neighbourhood. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic apartment, had everything you needed to make your stay home from home, including very comfortable beds. Great location too! Lidia is agreat host, gave lots of help and advice on where to eat and how to navigate Venice, replied to queries within a few mins.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed ! The apartment was so tastefully done. I wish I could hire y’all to do our interiors. Apartment was spacious for the 3 of us. Super clean. Massimo and Penelope were very responsive. And helpful. Well stocked kitchen. Quiet neighborhood and also walkable. The Apartment was in the second floor with no elevators and about 10-15min walk from train station. But we would absolutely stay here if we are back in Venice. So much attention to detail. Wish we had more time. Thanks for a great stay. Ciao!!

My husband, my 18 year old son, and I very much enjoyed our stay at Irene's apartment last week. The apartment matched the description and pictures and had everything we needed during our time there. My son loved having the loft space to himself. The apartment is convenient to the train station which was important to us and we easily walked to and from it for arrival and departure. As some reviews mention, the stairs can be a little difficult to navigate with luggage, but it wasn't a problem for us. Irene was very accessible and responsive and kindly accommodated an early check in, which we really appreciated. She also provided a list of restaurant recommendations, even though she has guide books under her profile (which I had forgotten about at the time). A great stay and a great host. Would definitely recommend. We loved our stay in Venice!

Nest on the Venetian roofs with a charming terrace

My husband and I choose Francesca's nest on the venetian roof's for our first ever visit to Venice for our 40th birthday's and we couldn't be happier, it was perfect and we loved it! It was easy to find from Francesca's directions. It does have 4 flights of stairs but we didn't find this an issue, it's also what gave the best views from the roof terrace and a canal view from the bedroom window. The bed was super comfy, kitchen had everything you need and it was very clean. One thing worth mentioning is the plug sockets are 3 pins, although Francesca did leave 2 adaptors for 2 pin plugs. It is walking distance to most of the main attractions in Venice, has supermarkets, restaurants and a fruit and veg boat right outside. There was also luggage storage next to the Coop as well, i think 5 euro's a piece. It was the perfect base and we will definitely come back!

Casa Zucchi Apartment on the Grand Canal

This was my second time to stay here ( which says a lot, that I returned to the same apartment) and it was as wonderful as the first stay. Maria Caterrina meets you on arrival and is so welcoming and you just feel immediately at home. The apartment is immaculate and comfortable. The balcony is the best part though - whether enjoying morning coffee or evening wine, watching the boats and gondolas go by - it’s just incredible! The central location is also perfect. We took a private water taxi both arriving from Chioggia port, and departing to Santa Maria train station, which was so easy and convenient from the dock right outside the apartment. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment when visiting Venice.

Magnificent apartment with private area and parking. Everything is very clean, excellent linen and a very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary accessories, quality wi-fi, excellent veranda, very close to the center. It is a beautiful penthouse with a very large roof terrace incl. Ocean view where you can end the evening perfectly. The beach is only a few minutes walk away, should you decide instead of on of the roof terrace prefer to lie by the sea. What we noticed particularly positively is the contact with the Hosts. We always got quick and good answers to our questions. We will be happy to come back here.

A lovely stay at this place, the hosts were kind, helpful. House in pristine condition, 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, a lovely modern kitchen. You also have use of the pool, ping pong and table football which is only a 2 minute walk down a quiet country lane. The deposit of €400 was merely a protective measure incase of extreme damage, it was returned to us in full.
