The historic center of Venice is easily reachable by public transport in 20 minutes. Bus and train stops are a 1-7 minute walk from the apartment. Venice airport can be reached in 40 minutes by bus or in 13 minutes by car . The central station of Mestre can be reached in 9 minutes by car and in 16 minutes by bus. The motorway network can be reached in 5 minutes. The apartment is an excellent base for visiting all the places of historical and landscape interest of the Veneto Region. The centers of Treviso, Padua, Vicenza, Verona, are easily reachable by train. Cortina D 'Ampezzo can be reached by car in about 2 hours. The Riviera del Brenta can be reached by car in 30 minutes. The city center of Mestre can also be reached on foot in 20 minutes; about 7 minutes walk you will find shops, restaurants and all the services you may need. Less than 10 minutes walk away is the commercial area of the city with supermarkets and meganegocios. Villa Salus Hospital is a 14-minute walk away. The accommodation is an ideal solution for a weekend dedicated to visiting Venice and surroundings or to meet the housing needs for a short trip to work or study (within the time limit imposed by law of no more than 30 days). The apartment of about 52 square meters of useful surface is on the ground floor, very bright, with access to a garden with porphyry pavement, flowerbeds and English lawn. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It has an entrance, a large living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, with hob, traditional oven and microwave, fridge, sink, cutting board, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The living room is furnished with: an original Luigi Filippo fireplace in marble (which is not allowed to use), a two-step ladder with antique wrought iron parapet, a large round extendable wooden table, n. 5 chairs, a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed, a sideboard with TV, a stem lamp, a laptop station, set of two round tables, a trolley. In the entrance there is a large mirror on the wall and an umbrella holder. The double bedroom is furnished with a double bed padded with a container, a bedside table with reading lamp, a wardrobe with chest of drawers and two-door mirrors, a wall bookcase with doors, a crystal bedside table, a suitcase bench in oak stripe, a Mesmeri wall lamp and a chandelier ground in Bohemian crystal. The bathroom with French window is furnished: with sink and mirror, toilet, bidet, shower with shower head and shower, lacquered furniture with shelves, object trolley, ironing board with iron, clothesline and hygiene accessories. The lighting is ensured by recessed spotlights and a spotlight on the mirror. The apartment is air-conditioned with air conditioning and underfloor heating. The safety windows are from the company Schuco with glazing and built-in electrified Venetian curtain. The windows are equipped with wooden shutters. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Check-in is scheduled from 3.30 pm to 8.00 pm. The timetable must be communicated in advance, at least one day before. After 20.00 it is necessary to agree the arrival time and a refund of €20.00 will be applied. After 22.00 there is a refund of €50. Before 15.30 it is possible to take possession of the apartment if there are no guests departing and if the time is agreed in advance. The guest must sign a rental agreement at the time of booking confirmation and must present an identity document at check-in. You must also pay in cash the amount provided for the tourist tax imposed by law by the Municipality of Venice; the host will be responsible for paying it to the treasury. Any access during the stay by the employees to the technical rooms inside the apartment will be notified in advance. At the time of reception, the staff will present the apartment to the guests and check with them the integrity of the equipment provided. Overnight stay entails the payment of the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Venice, which is not included in the price of the accommodation. The 2019 rate from the first of February amounts to € 4.00 per person/day for the first 5 days - from 10 to 16 years of age the amount is € 2.00 - from 0 to 10 years of age the tourist tax is not due - as established by the Tax Office of the Municipality of Venice -. Tourist tax must be paid at check-in. The accommodation must be left free at the time to be agreed and in any case by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Guests are invited to leave the kitchen tidy, the dishes clean and the garbage packed. Upon return, the person in charge of the check-out will check with the guest the integrity of the equipment provided. In the case of breakages or subtractions, an amount equal to the repair cost or the value of the subtracted objects will be charged. Minimum stay is 2 nights Smoking is prohibited inside the premises Pets are not allowed The apartment cannot be used for parties and convivial parties. REFUND IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION If the guest cancels up to 15 days before the booked date, they will get a full refund. If the cancellation takes place up to 7 days before, the refund will be 50% of the nights and all costs. If it occurs within 7 days prior to the expected date of arrival there is no refund. Interaction with guests Before your arrival you will receive by mail additional information and advice that will be useful to make your stay comfortable. Inside the apartment you will find a detailed description on the use of household amenities and on the services you may need during your stay. You can still contact me for any emergencies. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, a few steps from the train stop that leads into beautiful Venice. The surroundings boast shops and restaurants of all kinds and athletes can access different footpaths. The historic center of Venice is easily reached by public transport in 25 minutes. Bus and train stops are a 3/5 minute walk away. Venice airport can be reached in 40 minutes by bus or in 13 minutes by car . Therefore - provided that the length of stay does not suggest the rental of a car - it is preferable to use a taxi (on specific request for an airport trip to Via Trezzo the amount indicated - June 2017 - is around €. 30) The use of the bus requires the change of 2 buses (a small bus has a duration of 75mn) and requires more time. Hillside Apartment with Lake View Terrace

Breathe the fresh mountain air from this secluded escape. The flat boasts beamed wood ceilings, an all-white interior with touches of color, unique artwork throughout, and an outdoor lounge space with panoramic views. The apartment is in the old village of Castello surrounded by the olives trees, it is really charming. The old village of Castello is totally pedestrian that's why the parking place is not under the apartment, but it is 350 meter from the apartment. The house is totally renovated in 2017, it has all the comfort: Tv Sat, air co, wifi, a comfortable kitchen and a wide terrace that you are gonna love. Most of the forniture are made in italy and they makes the apartment very cozy. The house has a bedroom with a king size bed with a window with a beautifull view over the lake. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed suitable for two people! And of course you will have access to the terrace that has a beautiful view on the lake At your disposal there is also an equipped kitchen with a direct access to the terrace :) The bathroom is big and the shower spacious As the house is in a pedestrian area the parking place is not under the house, it is more or less 150m from the house The house where is located this apartment is were our father grew up, and we are really attached to this house! As it was many years that it was uninhabited it was falling down so we decided to renovate all the house and get 4 gorgeous apartments and we are really proud to give a second chance to this house :) All the apartments are rented for tourism and we are really happy to share the place we love with you, just take care of it :) The entrance to the house is shared with other two apartments but of course you have a private entrance to your house We think we told you everything about the house, if you have any question we will be more than happy to give you all the information In spring and summer we are not able to be in Brenzone for the check-in because we work in the farmhouse of our family ( we are brother and sister ) where we produce our wine. we cannot be there for the check-in but if you want and you have time you can come to visit us in our vineyard. we will be really happy to meet you and to drink a glass of wine together :) For the checkin you'll meet there Betti a friend of us, she lives in the same house where is located the apartment, so for any reason she is always there at your disposal. Normally the checkin is between 15 and 19 but in case you have problem with the plane or just your plan, let us know so we can find a solution :) Unfortunately as we already sad, we can not be there for the check-in, and we are really sorry for that. But to let you know a bit of your host we prepared for you a little guide where you can find some information about us and some advice (restaurants activities ) that we want to recommend you. if you want we can send you this guide per mail so you can organize better your journey :) The apartment is located in the village of Castello di Brenzone, a typical little Italian village on the north side of the lake. The center of Castello and the shore are a short walk away. Try windsurfing, sailing, or mountain biking nearby. The closest bus stop is in the village of Porto ( 5 minute walk ) e from there through the street on the lake shore you can reach all the village on the lake. During summer with the bus you can reach also Verona. the bus line you can use are this: 164 - Verona - Peschiera - Garda 165 - Verona, Garda 483 - until 16 ottobre 2016 - Malcesine - Garda - Peschiera - S.Benedetto 484 - Riva - Malcesine - Garda you can check the time table on the tav site. Just to let you know during high season on the lake there's a lot of traffic so there could be a lot of delay. That's way we always suggest to travel with car if possible. The closer train station is Peschiera. As the house is located is a pedestrian area the Parking place is not under the house but is located more or less 150meter from house The house is located on the first floor of the house so there are some stairs The apartment is located in the village of Castello di Brenzone, a typical little Italian village on the north side of the lake. The center of Castello and the shore are a short walk away. You will fall in love with the old road surrounded by the olives trees. Just to let you know the road that bring you to the lake is very short but it is a bit steep. Try windsurfing, sailing, or mountain biking nearby.

The lodgings can host a maximum of 4 people, and has been renovated respecting its real core: you can still breathe the genuine atmosphere of Venetian houses inside these walls, with a touch of refinement and originality The house is located on the second floor of a small building which is just 20 meters from the famous Rialto Bridge and a few steps from the characteristic fish and fruit market: the real beating heart of the city. This loft was our uncle's atelier as a painter. We have renovated it, maintaining its flavour and inserting some of his artworks. A beautiful and peaceful place with a great view! Parking and recycle station nearby. We loved our stay with two small children. Just be aware that there is no fence protecting the stairs going down to the entrance. Really nothing to complain about, highly recommended and cheap!

I have to say that this apartment added a lot of color to our trip. When we returned to this sweet cottage after skiing on the snowfield, it healed our fatigue from the day. Both the host and co-host were very patient and showed us the location of various facilities on the map on the day of our check-in, including supermarkets, garbage cans, cable cars, etc. This was a great help to us. Everything in the house is so lovely, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, clean toilets, everything makes us feel happy. Hope to have the opportunity to return to Dolomiti and stay in this lovely apartment again.

All right, in general we found the accommodation very comfortable! Only thing, we had to rewash some dishes to use them because they were dirty ( certainly some had not been used for some time so we don't blame anyone). We also booked for 4 beds and 3 bathrooms and instead we ended up with 3 beds and two bathrooms. Two boys had to share a double bed, we adapted but let's say we would have preferred to know certain host choices in advance. Other than that, the place is beautiful, the beds comfortable and the house is really very cozy! Thank you!

Pros : a really very nice place to stay, everything neat, quiet location Cons : We were there with our bus and the access to the house was extremely difficult to reach (very tight and angled). There is a small very steep path down into town above the house on the Panoramica. Unfortunately, it is not illuminated in the dark. Alternatively, it works very well with the taxi up (10€).

We stayed for 4 days at the end of August and had a wonderful vacation. The house is perfectly set up and very clean. It is equipped with every comfort (many more than I usually expect in a house in the mountains). Frankly, I am used to more "simple" solutions and therefore the level of what is available in the house has really impressed me. The house is then equipped with a pleasant outdoor space where the children were able to play freely also thanks to the kindness and hospitality of the owners who live in the house in front. They are exquisite people, able to make "family" guests feel immediately and this allows you to make your vacation truly unforgettable. The location is great for several destinations and walks whose starting point can be reached on average with half anhour by car (but if you want you can find trails and walk even closer). For a family with children, I don't think there's a better fit. Note: The Friulian Alps have nothing to envy to nearby Cadore and Alto Adige... and as far as I have seen they are not yet "victims" of that mass tourism that begins to weigh on some locations in the aforementioned areas. For those who love the mountains, it's a must-see... A special hug to Romeo's family (and especially to the three grandchildren by Nicolò and Tobiae)

This is a lovely home just outside of the old city. Very walkable. I would recommend looking for food where most people are speaking Italian, otherwise we loved Verona and had an amazing stay.

Very nice appartment - spacious and well-functioning. Very clean at arrival. Nice with two bathrooms and a spacious living room. Well-suited for a family with both elderly and a small child. Very close to center of town and to the ski lift. Views from the windows were not quite as expected from the photos - you got the impression that it was in the middle of some woods which it wasn't, but the views were nevertheless fine with mountain views from both sides of the apartment. Will certainly recommend this apartment for a skiing vacation.
