Beachfront vacation rentals in Rosignano Marittimo

Laura’s flat was lovely - beautifully clean and well furnished but full of Italian character. The bed was really comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The shower was great! The flat is overlooking the main street and very close to all shops, 5 minutes from the beach and 1 minute from the station. This was perfect as it meant we didn't need to hire a car and we made several trips by train, to Pisa, Florence and Cecina, a nearby town which has a beautiful pine forest and quiet beach. Laura met us in person and was really friendly. I didn't want to come home!

Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung und haben die meiste Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge sind traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist unseres Erachtens ideal für zwei Personen. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck. Ein großes Plus ist der eigene Parkplatz und die Zentrums Nähe. Viele Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

This was our second stay, and as before we were very pleased. Everything matches the description perfectly, and Stefano always makes sure you feel taken care of. We highly recommend this place if you want a comfortable stay at a minute´s walk away from the beach. Just perfect. Thanks!

L'appartamento è davvero ben organizzato e attrezzato di tutto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra e ghiaccioli per noi, oltre a un vassoio di brioche appena sfornate. Rachele è stata molto disponibile e gentile al check-in. L'alloggio è vicinissimo al mare, che si raggiunge in pochi metri. La spiaggia libera è spaziosa e i cani sono ben accetti, anche ad agosto. Di fronte alla casa ci sono supermercato, gelateria, negozio di casalinghi, bar, pasticceria, ristorante e spaghetteria. Quindi puoi parcheggiare l'auto nel posto riservato e riprenderla solo per andare via! Siamo stati bene con la nostra bambina e la nostra barboncina, e consigliamo questa casa. Solo una piccola pecca il prezzo, piuttosto alto sebbene fosse la settimana di ferragosto

Es war sehr schön und sehr komfortabel. Die Lage zum Meer ist ganz toll, aber auch der kleine Hof bietet Entspannung. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Parken war auch kein Problem .. entweder vor der Haustür für 6 Euro der Tag oder um die Ecke unterm Baum kostenlos. Einkaufen, Essen und Gelato .. alle in kurzer Entfernung. Vielen Dank und wir kommen gern wieder.

Riccardo and his listing were both 10/10! Very responsive and very friendly host, combined with the incredible location (being walkable to the main strip of beach, train station, and restaurants) helped me fall in love with Viareggio! Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Cecina sehr genossen. Marina de Cecina ist ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort. Die Wohnung war selbst war nahe am Strand und auch gut gelegen für Ausflüge. Die Umgebung von Cecina ist sehr schön. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca, Florenz und die umliegenden Dörfer gemacht. Durch die gute Anbindung an die Autobahn ist das gut machbar. In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders genossen haben wir die Terrasse. ❤️ Die Gastgeberin Mersida haben wir beim Check-in kennengelernt. Sie ist sehr herzlich und hat uns ausgezeichnete Tipps gegeben. Sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen 👍

Unsere Unterkunft in Calambrone bei Christine war ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten das große Glück, diese schöne Wohnung für fünf Nächte gefunden zu haben. Christine war sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Sie hat extra auf uns gewartet und uns bei der Ankunft alles in Ruhe gezeigt. Die Lage der Wohnung – und des Ortes insgesamt – ist zentral. Man erreicht alles schnell. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt mit allem, was man braucht, und eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten – wirklich ideal! Das war mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir bisher über Airbnb gebucht haben. Auch der Abschied war herzlich – Christine hat uns persönlich verabschiedet. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wieder einmal bei Christine wohnen zu dürfen. Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank, Christine! Wir wünschen dir alles erdenklich Gute.

l'appartement est très bien situé . idéal pour 2 personnes . belle vue sur la mer avec ses deux terrasses . belles balades en bord de mer les plages sont accessibles à pieds . la piscine est un plus est très bien entretenue . un grand merci à Luca le fils de Michele pour les bonnes adresses de restaurants et les conseils pour les lieux à visiter

Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt! Die Kinder haben es sich in der Gallerie gemütlich gemacht und auch gern das bereitgestellte Spielzeug genutzt. Da die Decken der Wohnung sehr hoch sind, ist es auch überhaupt nicht eng. Die Lage der Unterkunft direkt am Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit dem Auto kommt man einfach nach Pisa, Florenz, etc. Wir kommen gern wieder :-)

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Wir verbrachten rund eine Woche hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment liegt etwas abseits, auf einem großen ruhigen Anwesen mit schönen Wegen zum spazieren und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Es gibt zwar eine Busstation in der Nähe, ein Auto ist trotzdem empfehlenswert. Valerio ist super freundlich, antwortet flott und konnte uns gute Tipps geben. Das Apartment ist sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefreut hat uns der Willkommenskorb mit eigens angebauten Gemüse und selbstproduzierten Olivenöl. Wer etwas ruhiges abseits sucht und der Hitze etwas entkommen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Vielen Dank für Alles!

Der Aufenthalt bei Mauro war einfach toll! Die Lage und der Ausblick sind einmalig. Das Appartement hat einen ganz besonderen Charme und ist perfekt für zwei Personen. Es gibt viele liebevolle Details. Es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns direkt sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Bar nebenan hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, ein Ort, der sehr beliebt zu sein scheint. Es war perfekt, da es vormittags sehr ruhig war und abends lebendig und bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht zu laut war. Mauro war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir planen schon unseren nächsten längeren Aufenthalt! Danke, Mauro!

The apartment is situated just off the paseo- ideally located for bars, shops and the beach. It was perfect for our trip as we were there to go to the Carnival-plus side was that the property was within the fencing that stops you getting to watch the parade (as you have to buy a 15-25 euro ticket for each evening) so saved us a heap of money! Parking is available directly outside the apartment but you have to get a parking permit from the local tobacconist, I think they all do it. You also need to be aware that streets are clean regularly and if you park there when they are coming, they will give you a fine! Apartment has three bedrooms and is very nicely decorated, the fridge is very large and there is a lift up to the apartment. The balcony is huge and there is a great big table for alfresco dining as well as an outdoor shower really enjoyed our day.

This was a last minute booking for us, but we felt SO happy to have found Sandra’s lovely place in the centre of Viareggio. The bedroom is HUGE and easy to keep cool with shutters. The hosts have the place next door as a holiday home and we got to meet them (and share pizza) when they visited. The location was perfect - one minute’s walk to the ‘buzzing’ promenade with great cafes, shops and the AMAZING beach. We hired a car from Pisa airport but next time we wouldn’t - everywhere we wanted to visit was quicker and easier by train (Lucca, Cinque Terre and of course Pisa). The station is an easy 10-15 walk away but without a car, a taxi would be a good idea with cases. A definite highlight of this holiday was the care, kindness and generous hospitality of our hosts. They immediately responded and offered a perfect solution when we had a minor problem. I’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s but this was special. Thank-you for everything Sandra, Ettore and family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great location, 2 min from the beach. Very clean and really everything you need was provided and more. Topped by the warm welcome and service by Giovanni and his wife and brother! They are amazing and go far and beyond for their guests! They let us check in earlier and arranged the car for us to get to Pisa (there is no Uber). Thank you for everything! Amazing sunsets!!
