It's perfect. It has everything. An 8-minute walk to Cala Canyelles, the best in Rosas, and 3 km from the center. Luxurious neighborhood. Parking for 1 car. Quality WiFi. Large pool. Terrace for 4 people to eat well. Large common area with a summer lounge, which is only accessible to 14 apartments, so it is very quiet. 2 bedrooms to comfortably sleep 4 people. The sofa has a double bed inside. It has a dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, a gas stove and a washing machine.
