It's perfect. It has everything. An 8-minute walk to Cala Canyelles, the best in Rosas, and 3 km from the center. Luxurious neighborhood. Parking for 1 car. Quality WiFi. Large pool. Terrace for 4 people to eat well. Large common area with a summer lounge, which is only accessible to 14 apartments, so it is very quiet. 2 bedrooms to comfortably sleep 4 people. The sofa has a double bed inside. It has a dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, a gas stove, a washer and a dryer.

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.
