Vacation rentals with a patio in Rosengarten

I was received very nicely and friendly by Andrea at the key handover. She quickly showed me the apartment and explained where everything is. Private entrance to the apartment. The place is ideal for a person. Everything you need is there, very clean and very well furnished. Glad to come back!!!

This was our second stay at one of Constantin’s places, and once again it was a great experience. Constantin is a professional host —everything was clean, well-prepared, and well-organized. The flat had everything we needed, and the location is excellent — walking distance to all the main sights in town. The windows face a street with some traffic, which could be a bit of an issue in summer, but since it was cool during our stay, we just closed the windows at night and had no problems. Check-in was quick and easy. The flat isn’t particularly soundproof, so you can hear between rooms, but this didn’t bother us at all. One big plus is the spacious terrace, which easily fits five people — definitely a highlight in the warmer months. Overall, a great stay for the price. We’d absolutely recommend it!

A PERFECT STAY! The apartment was even more beautiful than the photos, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. We immediately felt comfortable home. The hosts were adorable, very available and caring. Thank you so much for this great stay, everything was perfect! I recommend it with my eyes closed.

We felt very comfortable and there was nothing missing, the subway is quickly accessible and even at night you can get back quickly and well from Hamburg I'd love to stay again

The place is just as pictured and the location is really great. 10 minutes to the train station and within 15 minutes to Hamburg Central Station. The house has plenty of space and is therefore ideally suited for a family trip to Hamburg. Communication was completely straightforward and Heiko was super nice and extremely helpful.

We were allowed to spend a week at Mike and Sandra's house during Easter. The location of the house is great. If you're looking for peace, this is the place to be. The house is very high quality and tastefully decorated. From art on the walls, stylish lamps on the ceiling to glasses, vases etc....everything is high quality and tasteful. We were a total of 5 people and dogs and none of us could think of anything that might be missing or what could have been done better. We also used the sauna and were then able to swim in the swimming pond....at the current temperatures it was more of a cooling dip🤣, but summer is not here yet. In the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms there is everything you could think of. Upon arrival, Lindt Easter bunnies and treats for the dogs were even provided as well as towels for the dogs, Chardonnay and water were also available in the fridge to welcome us. Thanks for the great days with you!

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel immediately welcome. The house itself was perfect and full of comforts and sparkling clean. We especially enjoyed the big garden, a lovely place to relax. In short, absolutely recommended!

Staying with friends is what it feels like when you stay in Cordelia and Siggi's apartment. Beautiful apartment with terrace and garden. Perfect to start the day and reflect on this evening. We needed a place to stay at our daughter's wedding. The place is so nice that we were almost sad because of the celebrations not having spent more time in the apartment and the beautiful garden. Therefore, the next getaway is already planned. 😀 Evamaria is also such a great host. We have rarely experienced such a nice, friendly and uncomplicated landlady, and we are almost exclusively on vacation in apartments or houses. So, dear Evamaria, thanks again for the great stay.

Gesine Wass very helpful, she made our family feel at home and gave some good advice on nearby sights and activities. The apartment was clean and spacious, the children especially enjoyed the toys and the badminton equipment in the yard.

We stayed in Ralf + Svenja's great apartment for the second time and can confirm that it is just as beautiful in autumn as it is in summer. If you want to make yourself particularly comfortable on cold evenings, you can light the fireplace. The garden is also beautifully lush in October and there are small splashes of color to discover everywhere. You can even see down to the adjacent field from the terrace. We were lucky enough to be able to observe various birds but also squirrels and even deer through the panoramic windows - so nature lovers take note! In addition, we were again very nicely received with a small gift from the hosts and felt totally comfortable and at home. This place is really special and highly recommended!
