The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The beautiful Lüneburg (10 km), Hamburg (40 km) and the Lüneburg Heath (15 km) can be reached quickly. Fresh rolls are available at the bakery around the corner. The idyllic forest bath is 10 minutes away. Ideal for girls' groups: "Bake macarons with me" 6 participants, 4 hours, €60 each.

I'm offering a luxurious house (I'm partly there too, but stay completely in the background) with the best equipment, e.g. underfloor heating, washing machine, office technology, garage, (bicycle) workshop, large garden. Hamburg can be reached by car in about 30 minutes, the Elbe and Hamburg-Harburg in about 15 minutes. The Lüneburg Heath is right outside the door. There is a small glider airfield in the village. It is possible to arrive by train - the best way is by car or bike.

Our Heidehaus was built in 2001 in traditional timber construction with ecological materials and has a very beautiful and relaxing energy. It consists of two connected houses and is located in a very quiet residential area, right next to the beautiful Klecker Wald (Forest). The guest house was completely renovated in 2024 and has a new kitchen, a new bathroom and a sauna with an infrared/heat cabin. I live in the rear house myself with my family.
