Sherry is a wonderful hostess and CH Bailey House is everything and more than what you expect it to be from the pristine room to the gorgeous landscape and delicious complementary breakfast and beer. The room is warm and cozy with a fireplace and plenty of pillows and blankets and the hot tub is just steps out the door. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Very nice cottage with some character and nice touches, on beautifully kept grounds, right near the Umpqua river. A delight! Nice and quiet - all you hear is the river's flow. We saw a big turkey in the yard, and the oak woods were full of blooming white Camas lilies.

We had a wonderful stay! Patricia was a great host, kind and responsive. The room was clean and had everything we could have needed. I would highly recommend!

Cute place. For the most part super quiet ( other then a rare truck or car going by). Loved my stay! Only two things … walking dog at 530 am it’s dark and no outside lights seems they are shut off during quiet hours. And don’t leave food (even if boxed) on kitchen bar or you will wake to ants. I put everything up high or moved to the living room that seemed to keep them from coming back.

Perfect place when a person wants quiet and peace! The bed was very comfortable. I stayed for almost 2 weeks. Sally anticipated my needs and brought fresh towels etc. I hiked the back property to an overlook- which I recommend. Thanks for an awesome stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was out of town enough to be private, but close enough to enjoy Roseburg and visit friends or catch the freeway out of town. The house is clean and comfortable with a nice private backyard. You will enjoy your stay here.

What a beautiful place to stay. We love that we can set out side in the mornings next to the rive and enjoy are coffee. The evening are awesome to BBQ outside by the river. When the sun set the fire pit next to the river is the best way to unwind after along day of Catching trout And steelhead. Cannot forget the bar area. Where there are 2 local beers on tap . Already booked our trip at the Bailey house for next year.

Fabulous place to stay! Lots of sweet animals around to befriend. A sweet Aussie/corgi may come to visit you and the chickens will certainly make themselves known. It’s a great cozy home in a very peaceful area. Perfect for a quiet getaway. And the wine is wonderful as well. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed for almost a month and the place was great. We were in town unexpectedly and it fit our needs. The location was great, super convenient and lots of great restaurants and shopping close by. The hosts were responsive when issues came up. The internet speed was great for my business so that what was most important.

The home was absolutely beautiful and spic and span clean! Barbara was absolutely wonderful and we had a great time at the house. Anything you would need you had at your fingertips and we enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely be back and recommending this location to many others. Thank you so much! You are fabulous.

Cozy, comfy house. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, adorable private backyard only one block from a nice little city park. Lots of little touches to make the place feel like home. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Roseburg!

Booked the place for a weekend get together with a bunch of guys for drinking and board games. Place was as advertised, had a large table for games, and was clean with easy check in / check out.

We really enjoyed our stay. Deep bath tub and amazing hottub for hard working individuals that need relaxation on their vacation. We spent Christmas here and it was probably the best Christmas we've ever had just playing board games and spending time together. I highly recommend this place and hope to return in the future.

Completely matched the description. Very nice spot. Great area and fit what we needed. The instructions were very clear and helpful since the cell service is spotty going in. Thankful for that heads up! The boathouse area was a big hit with everyone and a nice spot to cool off since it was so hot when we were there. Would stay again and recommend to others wanting to disconnect and enjoy nature a bit!

We enjoyed the views from tjis home. Come in the spring - lots of trees are blossoming, including two magnolias on the property. It's a peaceful lication and a quiet house with all the kitchen items and entertainment you could want. The hosts are excellent communicators.

From the moment we arrived and got settled in we felt at home. This was our first Airbnb experience and Monica and Erik made the stay great. House sits above the river with views in both directions. It was neat watching the fishing guides in the river below. Then when the river flooded (no danger to us) it was great to see the natural flow of river life before our eyes. WE will take our memories with us and hope to return one day.

This is the second time we've stayed here and both times have been great! The house is in a nice location with a nice view of Rosburg. The neighborhood is quiet. The house was clean and everything we needed was available. We were very comfortable and can't wait to stay here again next April!

This house was perfect for the two of us and our dog. It is very conveniently located off of the freeway and right next to the fantastic Azalea Mountain Store. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The rain was so heavy during our stay that we received flood warning notifications on our phones, but being inside of this cozy home during a rainstorm was a magical experience. I would certainly stay here again.
