Beautiful accommodation in downtown Rosario. Very warm, bright, modern, quiet and very well-equipped apartment. Special mention to the two double beds (all the accommodations we evaluated had only one double bed and two single beds) Incredible cleanliness, it has a washing machine (it was very useful for us) and no less important: Netflix to watch movies (we had rainy days) so we could take advantage of it. Fran was always attentive to what we needed and both check-in and check-out were super organized. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful secluded little house that felt like home. Sol was an amazing host who even got us breakfast on the first morning when it was storming heavily and we hadn't had the time to get groceries yet. Communication was great, the house was comfortable and the pool was a treat! Would definitely recommmend!

We went to spend one night, everything was excellent, the photos don't do the house justice, which is beautiful.

The host was very attentive to every need. The accommodation is very large and has air conditioning and TVs in all the rooms. The pool is spectacular and the area is very safe. I went with 7 friends and we felt very comfortable and with space. I'm coming back!!

Excellent location 2 blocks from the Paraná River. It is a very spacious and well-equipped and decorated villa with a pool. It also has a closed gazebo. The neighborhood, La Florida, is nice and very safe. One block away there is a very traditional fish restaurant in Rosario.

To note: Very good apartment, with an unbeatable location, close to everything, a few blocks from downtown Rosario and just one block from the Paraná River. The owners are always very attentive, responding instantly, even at late hours. The building's pool is excellent and has private security. Overall, highly recommended!

The place is perfect for relaxing with the family, the park with an impeccable and large pool, easy mobility and close to the center of the municipality. Francisco was very helpful from day one.

The best checking in experience, they speak english well. And check out as well, very welcoming, wonderful hosts. They give us excellent suggestions for restaurants. The apartment has clean, fluffy towels, toilet papers and beddings, the bed was comfortable and it has black out blinds, and ice in the freezer! It has a well equipped kitchen, walking distance to everywhere.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, it is in an area close to downtown. Romina is very friendly and responded immediately to every question. I recommend the accommodation.

Excellent location, you have all the shops around the apartment, I highlight the host's attention, because he helped me with my husband who had surgery and with the suitcases, he allowed me to enter before the published time. The location is splendid. The first time it's a bit complicated to get to the parking lot and then to the apartment, but Imanol's instructions are clear and if you follow them to the letter you'll reach your destination without any problems. At all times he was very attentive to us. The apartment was very clean and very nice. Fully equipped. In the complex there is a cafeteria, ice cream parlor, pharmacy, restaurant and pizzeria. I would definitely come back.

everything as agreed, you could invest in fixing an air that is already installed but not working, I would give you a plus and of course I went on very hot days... otherwise everything ok!

Everything is excellent. The park is huge, the pool and barbecue are well located. Space for everyone, close to large supermarket. Highly recommended. Martin is a genius!

We spent a few beautiful days, the house is very comfortable, it is larger than what you see in the photos, we brought many things that were already in the house, it is very well-equipped. It has everything designed for you to enjoy and be comfortable. They welcomed us by explaining how everything works and were on time with the agreed check-in and check-out. It's a really quiet place, and if you need to, you have a La Reina supermarket nearby and at the same distance the shopping that is near the airport.

I found the service very good, the house is very nice, nice! I recommend it
