Exceptional apartment! Well located a 2-minute walk from the Croisette. At the foot of the shops, several places for easy lunch downstairs from the building. Bright with balcony in the sun. Spacious and clean. The bedrooms are very nice, each with its own dressing room and the mattresses are very comfortable. Sandra was very responsive to everything, and all with kindness! I would highly recommend it!

Very nice flat, fully matching the description and pictures, with a nice sea view. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. Estelle was very responsive to all our enquiries and we were warmly welcome by Jean-Luc. Everything was perfect.

Clearly disappointed to have returned home. I had an amazing vacation, a very accessible, clean and spacious apartment. I would highly recommend this listing. The host is very welcoming and responsive, thank you a thousand times I had a good holiday in the sun.

Well-equipped accommodation located in downtown La Croix-Valmer. Shops are reached by foot. The unobstructed view is very relaxing with beautiful light in the evening. No barbecue on site after all, which is a shame because it was one of our criteria.

Lovely stay with a beach views

We stayed in Sabine's apartment for 3 nights and 4 days. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean with all the comforts. In the bathroom we found shower kits. Freshly laundered towels and linens. The accommodation is in a quiet tree-lined square near both the waterfront and Suquet, the old part of Cannes. It has a beautiful view of the sea! Very useful parking! Sabine pointed out brasserie restaurants and boulangeries. She was a present, responsive and always kind host via chat. You can't do it better!

Wonderful people-watching from the balcony, (including a semi- marathon one Sunday morning) which gets the sun from morning to sunset and is very sheltered. The road is busy but for us the view of the sea and the mountains not only from the balcony but also from the large windows more than compensated for this. We arrived by train and could immediately go for dinner in one of the restaurants under the flat. We enjoyed the location, away from the busiest spots but an easy walk to and from the market. Le Suquet is just behind and the port from the day trips to the islands five minutes’ walk away. We saw films in the original version with French sub-titles (VOST) at two cinemas, made use of the buses (Palm App) to get to the villages… the mimosa was out…

The Charly apartment met our expectations: very large, very bright, renovated by Jessica, owner, an architect with undeniable talent. The places were intended to be elegant and refined, but without ostentation. The "Charlie Chaplin" theme is respected and fun, but everything is done lightly. Everything is available for an independent stay and the possibility to cook and live as comfortably as at home. The apartment was impeccable. We found tips on restaurants and activities in Cannes and our hosts could not have been more responsive: our exchanges were a pleasure. Well, there is the downside of three floors to climb with luggage, but that is forgotten once the large and beautiful door opens onto the apartment. We are leaving with regret, delighted with our experience in Cannes.

Listing as described. It is clean and well-equipped. Exterior lighting is missing so we couldn't enjoy the terrace. Lots of co-ownership rules that we weren't aware of. The owners of the other properties are not very nice, we had remonstrations at the pool (we were talking about being too loud). The agents of the Serrendy agency are very available and nice.

We had a lovely time staying as Jessica’s home. We had two families with adult children (7 people) and had ample room. The apartment was clean, tidy and had all the essentials you will need. The host is extremely responsive. We found the location across from the train station easily walkable to restaurants, shops and ideal if you are taking day trips from Cannes. Would highly recommend!

Awesome stay, central place close to the Croisette. The rooms are modular and clean, the apartment is large, the small welcome package was very useful. Quiet also for location. Séverine welcomed us and very well guided, always responsive and friendly, adapting to our needs. Two points of attention that didn't really bother us: the flow of the showers is very low and the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. We'll be happy to go back to the apartment.

The house location is just perfect close to the shops and the beach. The house is spatious and perfectly accomodating, kitchen very well equipped. check in/ check out were very smooth. Treacy was very helpful. thank you for making our stay memorable.

Amazing apartment. Brand new and spotless. The amenities were great from the huge TV screens to the brand new oven and microwave. Great location, a 2 min walk from the beach and main shopping and dining area. The host was super responsive. Will stay again here whenever I'm back in Cannes.

Pictures say it all. Very accurate in terms of what you see and get. High floor, panoramic views in two directions. Sea views on one side, mountains on other. Has AC and overlooks a marina. Short drive to center ville, old town, golf course (semi-public), and beaches. Short walk to Auchon, a hyper-market that sells virtually everything. Well equipped kitchen. Could use some sheet pans and a Dutch oven, but was able to make osso bucco and beef bourguignon on the nights we did not go to restaurants. Very comfortable beds, very quiet rooms for sleeping. Host is fantastic, met us at the property, walked us through all of the how to access, where to park and how to link to WiFi. All in all, a place I bookmarked for when I return.

We spend three weeks which was wonderful every thing was perfect , closed compound safe place and Helmi was very helpful and responding immediately for any questions. There is nearby walking distance to a supermarket and a bakery. Car is a must to visit other areas 12-20 minutes to Cannes . 2 bathrooms one of them upstairs for 4 bedrooms the only negative point. Definitely we will comeback again to this home because we felt like at our home since the first day . 5 stars place 👍

Villa with a very good location, between Saint Tropez and Frejus. A breathtaking view, a very quiet area, ideal for families. In this villa 3 independent floors so can accommodate 3 families without worries while respecting their privacy. However, it would be necessary to provide the basic amenities.
