You will have a large studio of 40 square meters with an independent entrance. The Monte Sole Park is a stone's throw away and nearby there are the Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno alle Scale mountains The kitchen is complete with dishes and pots, a microwave and a coffee maker, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea, some croissants, carbonated and natural water, and milk at your disposal.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful Mugello countryside, within a complex that was once an old tobacco factory. It is conveniently close to Florence while being situated in a quieter and more serene area. The famous Mugello Circuit is just 5 minutes away, Florence 40 minutes, and Bologna a little over an hour. There is a communal swimming pool, freely accessible from early June to mid-September.

It is a room obtained from an ancient appurtenance of the farmhouse, it has a bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, fireplace, fridge, kettle and electric stove for an independent breakfast to be consumed even outside under the pergola . It has no kitchenette although it is equipped with dishes and cutlery, outside you can take advantage of a barbecue and an antique stone washbasin.
