Lovely property, super clean, comfortable and well equipped for families. Couldn’t ask for a better place. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay in a less crowded place . But also easy access to a small city where you can get groceries. I love it

The pictures don’t do it justice. What an amazing place to stay, the view is just incredible not matter which direction you look from the house. The house itself is super cozy, well set up with everything you need whether for a night or a week. The area is beautiful as well and the hosts gave us excellent recommendations for what to do around town. We liked it so much we didn’t want to leave! Thanks so much

we had a great time staying at Arilds . house is well equipped , clean, warm. enjoyed sauna in the evening , had a swim in a sea . Views are just breathtaking. cought few fish of the jetty. Rented a big boat for a couple of days . boat is in very good condition, reliable good on fuel . hope to be back soon . 5 🌟

My stay in the appartement was just perfect. Surrounded by and with a direct view to the most beautiful nature it was a magic place for my workaction.

A fantastic property, exactly as described, with all needs taken care of. All major attractions within a 30 minute drivable distance and a grocery store that sells practically everything literally at your doorstep We really should have planned to stay for longer than 2 days.

For five days, we enjoyed every moment. Very quiet in the evening for good sleep. Even caught a big fish right outside the door.

Very nice, spacious and peaceful accommodation with all comforts in a beautiful environment. Vidar's advice for walks was very useful.

We spent a wonderful 4 weeks in Karl's house. The apartment was as described in the listing and left nothing to be desired. We were received by Karl's father, Leif. A very friendly and open man who showed us around and explained everything. If we had any questions, he was always there. The moments on the terrace were particularly beautiful....sunshine, the sound of the sea and the many birds. From the place to stay, it is not far to the Atlantic Road and restaurants as well as shopping. We can recommend this place 100%, therefore 5 from us⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staying at Martin’s place in Geiranger was one of our best Airbnb experiences. The location strikes the perfect balance—peacefully tucked away from the town center, yet just a short walk to everything. The home was spotless, exactly as described, and had a warm, welcoming feel that made us and our kids feel instantly at home. Even when the weather cut into our plans, we were grateful to have such a cozy and comfortable space to relax in. Martin was an excellent host—always responsive. Geiranger is stunning, and Martin’s place made our visit even more memorable.

This was our second stay with Jon Robert & Anna. It is a beautiful place across a small road from the lake with mountain views - including views of waterfalls & the glacier. The apartment is decorated with personal touches, making you feel like you are at home. There are MANY things to do just a drive away. Ålesund is only an hour away. We also drove to Runde (the famous bird island) from here. Jon Robert has a printed guide book with exact routes on driving tours of the area. He is so helpful and friendly. The apartment is very clean, and in very good condition.

A lovely place at shore of lake. House has everything what you need. A very comfortable bed. Large living room with kitchen. A house surrounded by forest and lake where you can fish brown trout. Close to 2 cities (10-30 minutes by car) where located supermarkets, gas stations, gym and other shops. A landlord were very nice to us. There are a lot of hikes in 30-90 minutes from house. Highly recommend this place to stay.

We had a great time at Julian’s place ! Ideal to take a break from the busy world. The location is outstanding and the hut cozy and clean. On top we enjoyed kayaking, fishing as well as a barbecue on the terrace with a stunning view 🤗 Thank you for the great experience !

Very nice cottage with (low) relaxation around the garden. The dogs have been able to have a lot of fun here. Furthermore, the cottage was sparkling clean upon arrival and well equipped in terms of luxury. Too bad we only booked 2 days, but we have to move on.

The host was very helpful, he answered our questions and requests almost immediately - recommended us where to fish, where to go for hikes, where to rent kayaks. The cottage is located in a very nice place, close to the sea and it's very nice, cozy and was very tidy. I would stay there again if the opportunity arises in the future.

One of the best Cabin/apartment i ever had in Norway…Spectacular view from the Cabin. Spacious..super clean and very quiet surrounding. Need to drive slowly and of course cautiously uphill 🙂. I stayed for 3 days and seen the daily cruise ship docked on the left side of the cabins porched….fascinating to see as it sails away in front of your apartment…all attractions are nearby…instructions from host was very clear..thank you also for the welcome bottle drink. Its super cozy..i would stay here again next time if its available :) . Thank you for hosting

A welcoming home in a beautiful location. We felt right at home from the moment we got there. The views out each window are stunning and we were fortunate to have a perfect viewpoint of the northern lights while we were there. The home is immaculate with everything you need for an inviting and peaceful stay. It is in a location which made day trips to Loen and Geiranger easy to get to or you could stay close to home and head to the many hiking trails right outside the front door. Stian was a perfect host….making sure we had everything we needed and left clear, helpful instructions for the home. We would come back to this Airbnb without hesitation.

This is already our second stay and you can really say it is a pearl on the fjord. A beautiful house, lovingly furnished, right outside the front door of the fjord with jetty and boat and you can fish wonderfully. For us, it feels like coming home. The location is great and you can relax from the first minute. It is also a very nice experience for dogs. We love it at Solrun and are so glad we found the place last year. Solrun responds almost immediately and helps where she can. Thank you for that! And most of all, thank you for renting this great place!

Beautiful location, very cozy cabin. Because the cabin is often used privately, there are all possible kitchen appliances. The hottub didn't have any bubbles, but you don't really need them. It was very warm and we enjoyed it during the cold weather. You don't need to wash any bed linens as mentioned in some older reviews. Generally a great place to stay!
