This modern house, built in 2015, is a part of semi-detached house and is located 10 min walk from the parking lot near the cable car lift to Snezka. Skibus stop is located 100 metres from the house. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and en-suite bathroom in each of them. The house has a living room with a TV and fireplace, equiped kitchen and a dining table. There is also a garage and infrasauna. The house is great for family vacations. No parties please.

Relax and feel the true magic of the mountains in the climatic interior. After the trip, take a break and read on a spacious window sill full of pillows or bask next to the fireplace. Relax in the very center of Szklarska (5 minutes walk to Lidl, 7 minutes to pubs and restaurants, close to the Jakuszyce route) in a fully equipped flat (fridge, dishwasher, stove, kitchen equipment, towels, TV, internet). Chalupa je plně vybavena od kuchyně až po dětský koutek. Pod pergolou je venkovní posezení, sauna a ledová sprcha. Lyžařské areály se nachází v blízké vzdálenosti od domu. V létě pak doporučujeme procházky po krásných cyklostezkách. K dispozici v chalupě máme krosnu pro děti.

The spacious stylish cottage is located at the foot of Lysá hora, in the ski resort of Rokytnice nad Jizerou. It is an ideal place for a holiday for 3 - 4 families, a group of friends or a company (capacity 19 beds). Absolute privacy in solitude, yet just a short distance from the cable cars and the city center. There is also a large open garden with a stream freely flowing into the surrounding meadows.
