Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe: ca. 200 Meter zum Opernhaus, ca. 400 Meter zur Villa Wahnfried, ca. 100 Meter zur Fußgängerzone, 2 km zum Festspielhaus. Sie wohnen in der Penthouse-Wohnung eines historischen Hauses aus dem Jahr 1872 mit eigener großer Dachterrasse, die im Sommer bis Sonnenuntergang Sonne hat. Die Wohnung hat ca. 100m² und verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer (1 Bett 200x200 / 1 Bett 160x200). Im gleichen Haus befindet sich LOFT 1872.

Very nice cozy 1 room. Apartment in the heart of Bayreuth. On foot: 2 min. to the train station, 5 min. to the city center The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is 35 m2 in size with a large living/sleeping area, a completely new kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a new tumble dryer and a washing machine. I warmly invite you to spend a great time in my little nest in the middle of Bayreuth. On a beautiful footpath along the river you are directly in the city center within 3 minutes. The apartment has everything you need for a special time with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a work area and a balcony. Welcome to the university & festival city of Bayreuth, We would like to rent out our lovingly prepared first floor apartment in a quiet semi-detached house from time to time. The furnished apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the Hedwig Church and you can reach the city center on foot in 10 minutes. Our new city beach on Lake Röhrensee is also a few minutes away. Feel free to use our bicycles, but you should bring your own bike lock.
