We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

Our apartment is centrally located to the cities of Ansbach and Nuremberg as well as the Franconian Lake District. It is the ideal starting point for your athletic and/or relaxing family vacation (e.g. PLAYMOBIL Funpark, pony riding, alpaca trekking tours, PALM BEACH adventure pool, Golf Range Nuremberg + tennis in one of the most modern halls in Bavaria). Also weekend home drivers and business travelers, e.g. example, for the Nuremberg trade fairs, can relax with us after a hard day's work.

The apartment is in the attic, is 55 square meters and has its own entrance through the stairwell, you DON'T have to walk through our private rooms. Good access to the city by bus, subway and S-Bahn is about 18 minutes away. Next to the front door is a key safe, so you can check in independently from 3 pm. I no longer live in the house, so it is very important to read all the information before you come. I can always be reached by phone.
